Horrible service for starters! Stood there for about 7 mins, first waiting to even be acknowledged by a worker, out of 4 people not one person even nodded my direction. The one girl was on the phone taking orders never looked my way. Two other employees were apparently working on something on the other register still never said, "hi",or "just a moment well be with you." Another employee standing in the background talking about basketball who looked like he was the cook came up front still didnt ask if I was being helped or anything! Besides that, for that type of place, their wings are WAAAYY OVERPRICED!! Was going to try them anyway since I never had them. Got frustrated and walked out. Went to Jimmy Johns couple doors down! Immediately greeted, and of course immediate service. Never again!

They arent even worth 1 star!! I ordered online and when my co-worker went to pick up our orders, they didnt have an item I ordered. So instead of comping me another item, they re-ran my whole order including the new item and charged me TWICE! When I called to speak to the manager, I was told she was "too busy" to come to the phone and I had to come up and wait. I only get a half hour for lunch, which was over with just trying to get through to someone there. They kept leaving me on 15 minute holds and were absolutely rude when it was THEIR mistake. I will NEVER order from here ever again and neither will my co-workers. The food was also just thrown in a bag and all over the place. The quality was extremely poor.

I have been to this Wingstop several times. I usually eat in, but today I ordered online. I asked for the order to be ready at 1:45pm, and I arrived at 1:43. My food was just coming out. By 1:46 I had my order, had gotten myself a drink and some ketchup, and I was out the door. The staff are always friendly. My only advice is, if you want to get in and out quick, order ahead - Wingstop apparently does not keep your food sitting around waiting for you to order it, they make it to order. If you dont order until you get there, be prepared to wait.

Seriously, stay away. The staff was rude and claimed to be out of various menu items. They also gave us cans of pop instead of drink cups because the machine was "broken". Of course they didnt tell us this until after we ordered. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the food, and it was NOT worth the wait. Wings were the worst Ive ever had. Scrawny, greasy, and barely any sauce on them. Fries were room temperature at best -- some were even cold. Terrible, terrible location. Completely turned me off from Wingstop.

Its a miracle this restaraunt is still open, huge fan of wing stop so I will drive 25 minutes to the other location because this one (5 minutes away) is absolutely infuriating. The employees never answer the phone, and on the rare occasion they do, they claim they dont have any boneless wings. How can they not have ANY boneless wings?! And on boneless wing day at that?! Save yourself from frustration and avoid the incompetence of this restaraunt.

I enjoyed the lemon pepper wings and Louisiana rub, the fries was not good. My problem was with the service, the young lady ( Nillia) who took my order was rude or couldnt hear, I paid for a 20oz beverage but received a 12 oz faygo. The funny thing is Nillia asked what drink I wanted when I said coke she said we dont have coke. I guess the coke machine in the corner was out of order. Dont forget to say your name loud before ordering.

the pop machine is ALWAYS broken or not filled. you will be given a small can of pop if you pay for a large drink, because you dont know that it is broken ahead of time. the service is awful. the wings and fries are good- but not as good as the other wing stop locations Ive been to. when we ordered we were estimated a 17 min wait- we were waiting for our food over 30 minutes. its like this location is lacking a manager all the time.

I think after a handfull of times trying them they still cant get my order the way I want it. I dont like under cooked wings and always ask for them well done. They never pay attention to the way I want my order. Plus the seasoned fries are so over saturated with salt that I feel my blood pressure going through the roof everytime I get them. They need better management and staff to over see the way the food is being prepared.

Poorly managed. Limited number of employees during rush hour. The drink machine does not work and they have substandard beverages (12 oz drinks) when they are suppose to give a 20 oz drink. The floors are sticky as if something spilled two weeks and no one cleaned it up. If I didnt go check on my order, I may have not been called to receive it. Frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location in Southfield.

I have been here 5 or 6 times and have had good service every time. I have an hour for lunch and walk in and place my order and have my food in 15 to 20 minutes. All I ever order is the wings with Louisiana rub seasoning and fries. This is so good I never stray from it. The pop machine is out of many flavors though. The fries are not that great really, but that Louisiana rub boy. MMMMM MMMMMM MMMMMMMM

Im writing this after my second experience with them. First time ordered wings- they were raw- not thoroughly cooked. Second time- ordered online with office (5 people) online said our order would be ready at 12:08pm, we were still waiting at 12:51pm for our order. No forks, their soda machine was down and we were missing 10 wings. We tried to call back and they didnt answer their phone.

Terrible. They were out of all of the advertised sauces, and only had maybe 10 can drinks available to sell. Apparently the machine was down. The lady at the register was nice, and said "we have a little BBQ left. But we dont have tenders. You would have to get boneless wings. The BBQ tasted like they mixed 3 different ones together. Full staff, yet nobody was doing anything.

The food was horrible! The amount of salt and grease was ridiculous. As I was carrying the food in the house I had grease drippings trailing me. So much grease leaking out the bag from the car all the way to the kitchen, and there was still a ton remaining in the bag and box. The wings were trash literal trash, so bad I had to toss them in the trash.

Absolutely terrible. Staff has horrible attitude as well as service. I come in sparingly due to that fact but am done for sure. Called at night as theyre open till 12 and the lady answers the phone with "were not doing anymore call ins" then puts me on hold. No hello or anything. Unacceptable and disgusting. The staff needs to be revamped big time

Food was fine. Service was NOT. I visited on Nov 12, 2014 at 5p and the two girls that were working acted like it was a bother to serve me although there was only one other customer in the store. On top of that the two employees seemed to have some side issues with one another because they refused to work together. I would definitely not return!
