What a HORRIBLE experience! I waited tables for 10 years, our waitress failed to bring my pepsi, brought our food, with no ordered sauces. We had to flag down another waitress for silverware while my food got cold! My appetizers finally came at the end of my meal, only because she ran to the computer to order them, after I reminded her! I then had to flag down another waitress for my box. My check never came and I had to grab the manager for it. She "took off my pepsi" THAT I NEVER RECEIVED! gee thanks, glad Im not paying for something I never received! The family next to us were just as unhappy with their service. If we had veen a table of guys, the story might have been different! There is no excuse for the poor service given, needless to say, she was given an equally poor tip! We will not be back!

So my friends and I had a pretty horrible experience tonight. Everything took forever! Our waitress was sooo slow! I watched her sit at the register the entire time we waited for our menus, then for her to come back and ask about drinks. Then took about 20minutes to bring our drink then take our order. Marley, our waitress, has terrible customer service. She did not smile at us once and had the nerve to roll her eyes as she walked towards our table! Though she smiled for a table full of guys. Well at least until she brought us our checks then she had the audacity to crack a smile. needless to say no tip was left. And Id also like to point out the only reason i gave it two stars is that every other waitress smiled, cleaned and was attentive to their tables.

Went in for lunch and there where only 3 waitresses working and it was busy. We sat at a table and a waitress came by and very nicely said shed be back as soon as possible. A booth opened up so we moved over to it. After 5 minutes of it not being cleaned I needed to sit down (I walk with a cane). A skinny blonde waitress came over and snatched the receipts off the table never said a word, had a nasty look on her face, came back took a few of the dishes and didnt respond when my Wife tried to explain that I just needed to sit down. She just kept this angry nasty look on her face and sighed out loud. We left at that point. Tried calling the manager but just ended up on hold for ever. Wont be going back; that was terrible customer service.

BAD service and waitress with attitude she just sat and hung out with the young guys or the two men in suits and left my family of 4 alone we only got one refill half my wings were luke warm. I guess the waitress are there for dates or only care to use their outfits and flirting with all guy tables for tips definitely NOT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go to wingstop or buffalo wild wings instead we get fast courteous service there but thats what i get for taking a shot at hooters I shoud have read this and known for the last guy how my family would be treated

Wings are incredible here. The naked with hot sauce and bacon wrapped are my favorites. Must also say the service here is much quicker and better than the Hooters that closed in Rancho. Our server, Chandley, was absolutely awesome. She was very attentive, very quick with service, and incredibly beautiful! Even though her beauty was intoxicating she was extremely professional and had a great fun positive attitude. I noticed it wasnt just my table, she provided great customer service to all her tables. I will request her as my server when I come back.

Im a vegetarian and I can usually gobble down some french fries anywhere I go, but the side orders arent even fit for my dog. The fried pickles tasted like they were cooked in week-old grease and left me with a stomach ache. I suppose the reason to visit Hooters is to watch the girls, not to eat the food, but I can find plenty of places to eat bad food and watch pretty girls who ignore me for free. I will never go back to this place.

Not what it use to be, use to be 10.99 for all you can eat wings now its like $19 for all you can wings and cold stale fries, they bring you 10 wings the first round then like 4 each time after, which take them like 15-20 each time. Who want to wait that long.(they know what they are doing) Terrible service, can I get a refill, the girl bring me water but wait I was drinking pepsi. Now I see why they closing stores left and right.

I always get fantastic service from the Hooters waitresses. I always enjoy the wonderful food too. I always get fantastic service no matter how busy they are. I also appreciate the opportunity to be there. I feel like its My Happiest Place On Earth. Thanks everyone at this Hooters. I really appreciate everything about this business.

Ive been here a couple times and I can say I am quite impressed with several of the servers. Kelly is an extrovert. Knows how to make everyone feel welcome and take them away from their long work days. Very attractive and has a positive character. Recommend this place for groups or anyone who needs to be lifted in spirits.

Sat with my daughter for 20 min and they didnt even stop by our table and the place had plenty of room so there goes that excuse so I called from the table at the restaurant and she said sorry I told the lady I am ready to go and she said OK marry Christmas and hung up so we left as always horrible service from hooters

Cheese ball corporate restaurant service is better here than the other cheesy restaurants in this plaza but salad was dirty and wilted. Table and menu was sticky with old food debris. Please, someone open a good food and drinks place in Natomas. Other options are just as grim.

Poor never going here again everytime I go takes for ever went when it was slow took 1 just get food and 45 min to get my drinks. Diana was the worst server I have ever had. She looked lost didnt know where to go and then broght are wings back cold 3 times

Manager did not have a clue that his kitchen could not did not get out more than 2 orders at a time, we had a party with reservations for 14 took 1 1/2 hours to get our food out and as I said 2 orders at a time with up to 5 minutes between deliveries.

45 min wait. Which wouldve been ok but my buddys chicken was dryer than my elbows. My chicken was cold pellets. The only difference between the curly fries and garlic fries is sprinkles of garlic oh and 4$. The waiter was friendly. FOOD NEEDS JESUS

The worst Hooters u ever ate at.... and service was crappy and had to wait along time dry burgers & chicken & had to get up and ask for our refills nachos were nasty & my handicap husband paid 80 & took all food home & was waisted so sad

5/30/13 This is the second time I have been here. The service has been excellent both times. Very attentive. As far add the food and decor... what are you expecting. I have never had a bad wingand this hooters is definitely a favorite.
