Went this past weekend 06-18-2016...The music was AWFUL! As soon as a good song comes on, the lame DJ would switch it in less than 5 seconds. Then he would play all of this mixed mess that was a turn off. People on the dance floor kind of knew he sucked. He was horrible! So sick of going to this place and the damn DJ dont give you a chance to enjoy 1 minute of a song! Then as the night grew, he played a bunch of mixed songs that made my head hurt. It was like a child constantly banging on pots and pans! To make matter worse, a SKINNY white guys that worked there, kept running in and out of the crowds with HUGE buckets of ice taking it to the bar to restock. He hit several people in their legs with these HUGE buckets of ice. He never said excuse me or anything. Someone could have been injured. Then, that LATINO police officer cursed out a guy outside. He is the officer EVERYONE complains about. He is nasty, rude and disgusting! This place is going down quickly.The security officers do nothing but LUST after women and stand around and chat with each other. Pure laziness. I never felt safe, especially being there this past weekend. I will NEVER go again!

No Hate
Although this is a wonderful place it does come with an unpleasant boundary, DJSYIMONE is a very rude and disrespectful individual that has bounced from bar to bar probably because nobody likes her, I am the type of individual that has never wrote anything bad about anyone or has any hate within me for i am very caring and giving in nature. DJSYIMONE worked up here in Cincinnati,OH at The Dock Complex and it got to a point to where a friend of mine quit working there and terminated their employment just to get away from her sinister and cynical ways! DJSYIMONE has nothing but true hate towards individuals and i also have other people that can come forward on this and tell you the same exact thing, Its people like this that destroys the bar establishment, I am an excellent tipper towards the bartenders but will never return there just because she works in that bar. Now they will be getting less tips because of customer loss, Its very sad! All i ever wanted to do is love everyone and treat them with true equality.

I love coming to Nowhere, but I was shocked and saddened when they rehired Victoria Syimone Taylor (aka “DJ Syimone”) because she has a history of getting drunk and attacking bar patrons. The last time (of which Im aware) was late last year at another bar when she attacked a bar patron for being too sassy, permanently scarring his face, destroying the phone he was using to call police, and then fleeing the scene when the cops/ EMS showed up. She was only recently released on parole. Someone like that should not be working in a bar, and it speaks to Nowhere’s management that they would employ someone with such a history. There have been similar incidents with her in the past at other bars, so if you go, be careful! On an unrelated note, the cover sucks, but its usually well worth it :)

Nowhere has started charging a $10 cover charge if you arrive even 1 minute late after 1:30am on Saturdays. I was a loyal customer to Nowhere consistently going there at least 1 night every weekend, but now I feel stressed trying to make it there before 1:30am. I feel like Nowheres management only cares about money and does not care about their customers!!! Its very dissapointing how money hungry Nowhere has become. Also, Cassie at the front door has no customer service skills at all. She should not be working the front door. Please replace her with a more personable, friendly worker!

20.00 for New Years Eve? You have got to be kidding me. I will not be back ever! All you got was crappy music, a disgusting small bottle of champagne, a very SMALL dance floor, and people bumping into each other like crazy stepping on your feet and spilling drinks all over you.This place is a fire hazard! Never again! 20.00? I just cant get over that. I got there at 11:30 and left at 12:15.

My favorite bar on the Bardstown strip now. Always an awesome and diverse crowd, a nice staff, and some of the best DJs Louisville has to offer. Its always packed on the weekends and a great place on most weeknights, too. I have received very consistent drinks there whether it be just a bourbon and coke, or a specialty drink.

Had good time, but when went to pay, bartender told me someone took care of the tab, talk to a manager cause $62.00 was taken out of my checking account, was not my signature on the credit card slip, manager told me i have to dispute it with the bank. They just lost buisness cause all went here liked it, but never again.

Its a gay bar, but the best one around..... It has a dance floor a with a DJ and lights, it played danceable music.... Good liquor selection, Good & Friendly service...outside seating was wonderful. It was quiet. I liked being able to play pool for free, most places make you pay to play pool....

Nowhere Bar is becoming the place to go. They have great music with the music videos playing on numerous televisions around the bar, two free pool tables, stylish patio, and an awesome dance floor. Not to mention the special events they host. Karaoke on Tuesday nights being my favorite.

What I love about this place is the diversity, but not just that. People of all walks of life come here and mingle with and talk to one another, not just isolate themselves within their own groups. Its cool to see, especially on the dance floor (and the DJ never disappoints).

Too loud for me most nights always packed but hey if thats what youre into its the place to be. Cant front its fun if I have the energy for it, plus they have a food place next door now Ill have to check out just not my favorite I cant party that hard anymore haha.

A fun place an amazing atmosphere on the weekends but if you did not know it is a very mixed crowd and I dont mean color so when you go to the bathroom keep your eyes open the bathrooms are clean but bathrooms are unmonitored they may need Security in the bathrooms

Really solid staff, friendly crowd, nice prices and specials, pool tables. Really would just call it "gay-friendly" rather than a "gay bar", since youll see any/every type of person there. Great environment. Tuesday 11pm Karaoke is a blast.

I make a point to tip bartenders cash and reopened another tab after tipping 100% on my big one to buy a round of shots. The busser dumped them while we where dancing and they would not give me my money back. It was a complete let down.

Friendly bartenders that are willing to help guide you to the perfect drink. The music is great, though sometimes a little loud if you want to chat while you play pool or just sit at the bar. Bathroom is always clean and stocked.

I had a blast at Nowhere bar tonight as I always do it is hands-down the best dance bar in the city of Louisville gay straight no matter what your preference is you can find who and what youre looking for and have a great time
