When we got there the restrooms has close signs but when we were already in the middle of our meal the employees used the restroom. We asked why theres closed sign on it and they said they were cleaning it. The employee took down the signings but locked the doors. They said we could use the restroom its just they just cleaned it that is why theres closed sign but when my wife went to use the restroom it is locked so we asked them to open it but then the employee said they dont have the key but they just locked it earlier. Where can you find a restaurant that offers finger food that wont allow their customers to wash their hands? Isnt that unsanitary practice?

awesome customer service !! recommend their original hot wings they are bomb! Michael is a great example of a Persistent, professional and positive employer! The great part about it is their employees at this place always make sure you have what you need. Love this place , one and only wingstop in San Jose that I go to and its pretty distant from my house

This Wingstop is awesome. The staff is really professional. The restaurant was quite, when I arrived. My only problem with this restaurant was wait time for my order. The atmosphere of this restaurant is good and the décor was also good. The staff is really friendly. This Wingstop location is crowded on Sunday. I will visit again soon.

Every order requires a wait. Food is fresh, but fries were cold. Way too much breading on the boneless wings!! I couldnt even stab it with my fork. Both flavors of wings were very salty! Customer service was ok. Ketchup pump was broke. The you style coke machine is nice. Much better wings other places.

No stars. Absolutely terrible service theres no reason why I should wait an hour for 20 boneless wings. And even after that I purchased a pitcher of beer which I got my money back for because they did not have any more pitchers and offered me four cups instead
