This is the fifth and final time we will allow Wingstop employees at 779 E. Yosemite Ave, Merced, CA. treat us RUDELY! EVERY TIME not just sometimes, nor even once! but EVERY TIME we have been to this Wingstop location, we have been treated poorly, and our ORDER HAS BEEN WRONG. I can see by reading the reviews and talking to friends and family, that this treatment is a COMMON OCCURRENCE!!! Just this evening, for example, we ordered our meal, paid, and waited for our food to go. As we looked at the receipt, we noticed that one of our orders was missing from the receipt. So we went back to the register and said one of our orders is not on the receipt And much to our surprise, They immediately became defensive!! (obviously this happens quite frequently) Still we just wanted to add the missing item to the order, no big deal. So again, we said we just wanted 5 strips, and they said "you cant have that, it only comes in 6" (although they did not tell us that THE FIRST TIME WE ORDERED THEM) So we said fine. But why didnt you say that the first time? Then we were told "sir, do not get rude!" RUDE??? How is that Rude??? we said no problem. So after getting that straightened out, we arrive home with our order, only to find one of our dinners is not in the bag, and we had paid for it!!! So we go back to Wingstop, where we are treated like an "annoyance" (because we paid for a meal and didnt receive it) AND after previously being called rude! Again, the employees were on the defensive. And though it was their fault, you would have thought it was ours!! Then we are told its going to take a few minutes.... One particular guy, (the one who called us rude earlier for not knowing we could not order 5 but had to order 6) which was NO BIG DEAL! (I found out later was the manager) said "Ill give you your meal for free..." And we had just explained, that we had paid for it, (receipt in hand) and it was fine. We didnt mind. (Because now, we just wanted our food, and to get out of there. So the girl finally brings our food, and proceeds to ring it up again, as though she does not know we just showed her our receipt, and that we have paid for it! After all was said and done, THE MANAGER, as we walked out the door saying good bye, said "AND DONT COME BACK AGAIN"! I could not believe it! I stopped, but then realized any customer in there did not need to witness this obviously rude and ignorant joke of an employees antics. I went home and decided to call and talk to the manager. (Not knowing at the time he WAS supposed to be the manager) Since nobody there wears name tags!!! (wonder why?) So I called, spoke to someone named Angel explained that my family had just been in there and were treated very poorly, and I would like to talk to the Manager. He put me on hold, and I was on hold for 15 minutes. (Finally realizing he was not getting the manager) I called back. Phone was busy, busy. FINALLY I got through after 30 minutes, and a girl answered, I asked to speak to the manager. He came on the line, and I started to explain what had happened, turns out he was the ringleader, AND the manager! First thing that popped out of his mouth was, "well we dont sell chicken strips in 5 packs only 6!! I could not believe he thought that was what I was bothered by!!! As I spoke to him, he had no recourse, and I was told that our conversation was being recorded. I said wonderful, I hope someone with authority listens to it and realizes what type of people are running this restaurant! He then proceeded to tell me, after I asked him why he would say "And dont come back" to us as we were walking out the door. (which he vehemently denied) that they have cameras, and I said "wonderful" but he cut me off and told me not to bring myself or my family to that Wingstop ever again!!!! and he hung up on me!!!

It is ridiculous the lack of competency at this location. Im sorry but it is not in my interest to ridicule anyone, but my patience has been tested! I ordered an 8 piece combo "BONE IN" i came home and it was "BONELESS" . I call and a guy answers and i explain what had happened. He said "if you cant come back tonight come back tomorrow we will give you the wings for free" I kindly replied "thank you sir." Today 12/4 i called again and told a different employee what had happened, and he said ok we will get it done for you, i specifically say my order was wrong due to being BONELESS and that i wanted BONE IN. i go pick up my order, i come back home and what do i see? "BONELESS WINGS" i am just livid. So i call again and employee doesnt want to help me, simply rude. Honestly, Wingstop has lost my business i will NEVER go again. CUSTOMERS: please check your food before walking out, or better yet, dont go.

Ordered 70 wings from here not too long ago. The quality of the meat was the worst Ive ever had. It was hard and felt like it was cooked days previously and then reheated shortly before I ordered. Im sure thats not the actual case, but thats no other way to describe the quality of the meat. The mild wings we ordered didnt have any sauce or rub, but they were covered in what looked like a pool of tasteless, orange grease that leaked everywhere. I will never be ordering from here again, which is too bad because I used to come here often about five years ago and it was really good back then.

Hmmmm.. I will definitely not eat food from here again.! I dont know how I feel about people eating while handling my food in the kitchen nor do I feel comfortable with the girl thats putting the chicken in the trays touching my chicken with those nails that have chipped nail polish. Clearly management needs to pay more attention to how their workers are coming into work. Cleanliness is key! However, they also need to work at a faster pace.

Service is horrible, food can be horrible. Finally had it when I placed an order online, got a confirmation number, sent someone to pick to it up a hour later and they get told theres no order placed. When I call the first person tells me they no longer do online orders! Next person I talk to tells me the printer is broken. Get your damn stories straight and why do you need a printer anyways just look at the damn computer screen!

My gf and Order and 8 piece boneless wing combo last night and it turn out to be not that great when my gf found a small piece of a plastic tray in my potato salad call the manger the next day and told him what happened so he apologized for what happened and & gave us a free combo!:) Satisfied costumers! Not because of the free combo but because his attitude was great and professional as a manager. Good job sir

Im personally not to familiar with the Wingstop way. But went in on a Friday afternoon and quality of the food was overall pretty good but it is of course fried food. The cleanliness of the restaurant is a 8.5 out of 10 and the service was excellent. Very nice people. Just one thing..it is a bit cramped I wish there was a bit more moving space.
