Worst customer service ever!!! I place an order. After 30 minutes, I called to check on the order and I was told it was on the way. 1 hour later, I was told the same thing. 1 and half hours later, I was told they supposedly tried to call me and they couldnt find me. That is Bull crap.... The lady told me to pick it up. After 1 1/2 hour waiting, I got the worst attitude ever. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place because there are plenty of great restaurants here in Miami that deserves your business.

While the food here is excellent. The portions are ridiculously small for the price. They need to fix one of the two. The second gripe is the abysmal quality of service. You can see the irritation in their faces when you approach them for something. Even after your request, it takes forever to be fulfilled, if not a second calling. That being said if you want spicy, tell them that sternly. Miami in general seems to be afraid of adding spice to food. You can request for red chilli powder on the side as well.

Im taking few minutes to write because I cannot believe they get away with charge 18 dollars takeout pad see mew that doesnt even fill half of the takeout container. The Cashier was so rude and it took 20 minutes to get the food only to open and find what looks like the left over after someone had their fill. I taste the food and the noodle is undercooked, steak is tough and thus far, I counted 4 tiny shrimps. 18 dollars for this meal is acceptable nowhere, period.

The donwtown cashier is rude to his coworkers and customers .... it really is horrible to see a customer service worker being so miserable and bad tempered. So the food late for some reason always with an excuse will soon arrive your food, everything is soliciona. But this lady does not know manners or respect for people. Dark-skinned woman of the midday shift. Thats the rude and bitter cashier of the downtown restaurant.

Food was horrible..bland/ no flavor..thank God I had some teriyaki sauce from Benihanas from the previous night left over...I am highly disappointed & upset after anticipating to come here & spending $10 & the hibachi chicken I ordered sucked. I will never come back here. You get what you pay for..the portion are big but food taste horrible... pay more money & stick to Benihanas

Worst experience ever. Decided to dine in tonight instead of take out. Fish was dry and overcooked. Asked for vegetables with light onions. Got the complete opposite. No manager on shift. Everyone seems to not have any remorse. Eggrolls tasted like they were precooked and soaked in grease. Definitely not a Asian oriental place. Ill take my services to benihanas next time.

Worst customer service in the world.. They answered the phone told me they closed at 12am but when I reached there ten till they refused to take my order.( they already shut down the grill). Even after being advised that it was way before the time (she) (the snarky rude cashier short lady who worked the Saturday nite after thanksgiving ) to come in to place my order

Great little hot spot to eat late night noodles. I love coming here on a late evening and ordering the pad Thai. The inside of the restaurant is tiny and not much to look at. They have some seating in the front of the restaurant, but I usually take it to go. If youre staying in the area you wont find a better place for noodles!

I can not believe they call this asian food, they had no ice, so all the drinks were hot. The stake hibachi express is just carne asada and the "fried rice" was just steamed vegetable rice. I love hibachi in general but this was disapointing, and the service is just as bad as the food.

I do love the food, BUT dont order over the phone..order online if youre getting takeout because over the phone the woman told me they charge $5 for delivery with a $20 minimum..yet on eat24 its a $3 delivery charge and a $15 minimum. They really try to squeeze every penny out of you.

B- | I liked the food, its a very relaxed environment, but the noodles are bland I thought more like a hibachi grill that they would be cooked and soaked in sauces of sorts. The food is great with sauces that they dont provide otherwise rather bland.

Love love love this place!! Oscar is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my boyfriend come here almost every week at least 2 times. The wait staff can be a little better but the food is amazing! we really love this spot and we never have to wait to long

Ordered a chicken pad se ew and spicy flat rice noodle tofu. Recieved tofu pad se ew and spicy chicken instead. The tofu was way too dry had to throw it away.
