Outside temp in 90s and their AC not functioning but they stayed open for business. Must have been 100 inside and sweaty workers were suffering. Sat in my car to eat with my AC on and watched as the front door of their building also stopped working. Why were they open with no AC!? Makes me wonder about other equipment (coolers), policies (wash hands), and critical thinking (10 second rule) that are ignored to sell food at the expense of safety. Good burger. Please maintain your building.

Bk not your way. Came through drive through tonight tried ordering a quad stacker with extra cheese since they dont like giving you a slice per patty and was refused because the cashier "couldnt charge me for it". On a more positive note theres a lady that works a different shift here that can be a blessing to have serve you. With that "Its okay"

Staff when I went there, from cashier to manager, were all extremely friendly and courteous. They even went out of their way to make sure that a customer in front of me had no possibilities of getting an allergen in her food. The chicken nuggets couldve been a little more flavorful, though.

I ordered a sausage biscuit the biscuit tastes like it was from yesterday or had just been thrown in the microwave whatever happen to people serving food that they would eat themselves an take the time to get it right I would wait a c ouple of minutes for fresh instead of slapped together

this place is pretty dirty, sticky, messy, and gross. we ate in our car in the parking lot because that was honestly more appealing. service wasnt fab and they didnt give us cookies in the 5 for 4 deal and when my brother went in and said something they argued with him.

Cant believe this place is still open! Its worse every time I come and this will be the last. Waited nearly 10 min for kids chicken and whopper Jr meal and was served cold food and the chicken was missing.

The place could REALLY get a new design and layout. But dont judge a book by its cover, the food is quite good. The people are typical fast food workers. Just deep clean it and it would be much better
