Very very very bad experience. I had ordered a carry out pizza and entered this outlet at the time of pickup. But there was no one available in the counter. Staff were coming and going past the counter, looking at the customers standing for assistance, but they did not stop by to ask anything. The staff were very uncooperative to say the least. I even called them (one staff was standing 10 feet away), but they totally ignored my calls. And the best part is there were 3-4 other people standing there before me waiting for the staff to come and accept their request. After 10 mins of waiting and calling for assistance, one of the staff finally came to the counter and gave my pizza. And the pizza I got was equally pathetic. I could see the kitchen from where I was standing and it was filthy. No hygiene and cleanliness at all. I will never go this place again..!!! NEVER

Acabo de realizar una orden pidiendo extra piña primero que todo hoy 10/4/15 domingo después de las 10 pm me atendió una persona Grosera y racista que cuando vio que mi inglés no era perfecto se pusieron a reírse y me colgaron la llamada además de mandarme la orden mala y sin las cosas que se había pedido que desastre de servicio que mal queda la pizzería con este tipo de personas. Aweful service, I thought this was a decent place because my brother worked there and we use to get good service with prompt delivery that was hot and fresh! He no longer works there and sadly, the only reason we used to get great service was because he was there. I called and was put on a 10 minute hold. I ordered my food and they told me I couldnt get extra chees on my pizza...wtf type of rule is that?!? And then, they added the cherry on top by saying that it would take TWO HOURS TO DELIVER!!! When I finally got the order, it was cold, as if it sat in the delivery car for two hours! NEVER AGAIN! Do not give them your business, and if you do, be sure to have low to no expectations or you will be disappointed!

Loved the chemistry an the service they provide...Also they are very caring about that customers...all in all the staff is very nice as well an they pay attention to detail..I have no negitve experiences. At this location an the staff was an still is on point......sit in an enjoy or other out for pick up.either was they are all fantastic. So stop in or order at 53-55 Essex in Hackensack..good food great pizza......

When i called i was put on hold for fifteen solid minutes. So i hung up and called again amd nobody answered. So i call a third time and have to ask to place an order to not get on hold. Was told 30 minutes on delivery time but waited 40 minutes.

Called to order for delivery and in the middle of giving my address I was hung up on. Normally I would think I just got disconnected but this is the third time this location has hung up on me. Saddle Brook has better service!!

Maybe more of a condemnation of the app but we were told when the pizza would be ready for pick up online, arrived 5 minutes early, and the pizza was already cooked, sitting in a warming oven and cold by the time we left.

*update I havent had an incident like Ive had in a while. I also havent seen the employee who mistreated me and burned my pizza. I enjoy going to this pizza Hut again. The service is good and its convenient for me.

Decent food, but its a chain, so no surprises. When ordering delivery, be careful. Their drivers like to only call on arrival. Apparently, getting out of the car and knocking or ringing a doorbell is too much work.

Order arrived promptly. Took three ring outs to get someone on phone. Then a mis order. Ordered large meat lovers with thin crust. Large stuff crust cheese arrived. Very unsatisfactory.

This Pizza Hut isnt good at all. Unfortunately, there is no good Pizza Hut in the area and sadly this is the only one. Breadsticks are stale, food is barely warmed up, its always cold
