Smashburger has become one of our favorite places for "fast food" burgers. Their burgers are delicious as are their smash fries. We have never eaten in at this particular location. We often stop on the way through Hudson on road trips and take full advantage of their website to order ahead. Its wonderful because we can order about 20-30 minutes out and have our food ready for us to take out when we get there. This particular location appears to be pretty popular, so during the peak hours (lunch, dinner) you can usually expect a wait to place your order. This is another good reason to use their website to order ahead! While we usually get their burgers and fries, I would also highly recommend their shakes. They are an excellent treat as well. This location is located very close to I-94 with a good sized parking lot. Although you can see the restaurant from Carmichael Road, there is on entrance there. You can access the parking lot by coming in the back way from Stageline Road and Center Drive. The entrance is handicap accessible, but the restaurant has fairly tight corners and is a bit on the crowded side. It might be a little challenging to navigate with a wheelchair or a stroller.

I LOVE Smashburger and this is one of the only ones in the area. The food is served quick and is always delicious. We once got a free Ben and Jerrys malt here and if you sign up for their club you get a free one on your birthday every year. The food is filling and comes quick and I highly recomend over other fast food burger chains, though be aware the burgers do tend to be on the greasier side.

One of these times you would think they could get our to-go order right!! :( Frustrating to get home to find out yet again parts of the order are messed up. Shouldnt be that hard when you enter it all line by line when you order it. Do the kitchen cooks even read the tickets?? The food is good, just wish we got what we ordered and paid for.

my god..,. this place is amazing. walking the door, ordered , three mins later and Im eating a smash burger at my table eating a fresh and hot.. Jesus why have i not been here before .. here a hint put one in new richmond wi and you sir have a lifetime customer thats the dogs bullocks right there.. f*** seriously.. its amazing..

There was a special going on for a double burger so I thought Id give it a try. The burger and fries were well made and tasted great but the prices were outrageous. Most of the burgers fell into the $7 range with no fries or drink. After that youre looking at $12+ per person. Zero value if you ask me.

Smashburger has arrived in Wisconsin which is excellent for me. The burgers are very good and pleasantly surprised by their chicken (grilled or crispy). The fries are alright as well, but their service is great. One of the better fast food restaurant that is made-to-order.

The meal was amazing, but there were some faults. The food was very messy, and the way the food was delivered to you does not give you much space to eat. However, the food is delicious, the employees are kind, and, though it is pricey, it is well worth your money.

Theyve gotten my order wrong nearly every time and the food wasnt very good. Today a young lady (employee) was throwing french fries toward the trash can from across the room. Not very clean. There are too many other choices in Hudson so we wont be going back.

The food was okay but extremely overpriced. You could get a burger just as good but cheaper at a bar. Also I did not like the fries, they were too small, it was like eating hash browns. Finally, there was no soap in the mens room, and the floor was dirty.

As first time going there, its tasty good Burger and definitely love their haystack in fried onions that remind of me back of Texas.. that place has 3 diffrent kind of teas that you can choose, again its good food and worth your money.

The food is really good but prices are a little high. My biggest petpive is that the colors of the sign make it look exactly like game stop. So its hard to find unless you really look the signs.

Excellent customer service with great burgers and chicken sandwiches, this is the currently the only location on WI and wish there was more locations. Good atmosphere as well.
