Went there on Monday 3/14 at 11:20 pm there was only one person there and that person said they were closed because someone walked out. Now I get that but why only have two people there in case that does happen, I know they lost some business as there were 3 cars behind me. Myself came 20 min out of the way to have some white castle, so I was very disappointed

Told the drive thru twice we wanted bacon, egg, & chz on toast...got home to eat and low and behold, it was sausage on burnt toast and the egg yolk was falling out of the sandwich which was mushy and rubbery...yuk...will never order breakfast again...manager offered $$ back and any combo meal as compensation...

I had a horrible time at White Castle. Brittany one of the managers i have never seen such disrespect to employees and customers ever!!! I will not be going back there she Rood,Disrespectful. I watcher her sits there yelling at her employees i would of quit a long time ago with her there. I hope she get fired.

Great customer service on the front end Sherl was amazing this women busts her ass while there are no guests around and is quick to help when guests walk in. If she is not the gm she should be because there needs to be more fast food workers like this women.

Id rate this one higher but I couldnt get through on their number shown in Google so we had to wait around for the large order we placed. Other than that the service was very good.

I like that they have veggie burgers, but they are so plain. Just a bun on a burger. Next time I might ask for pickles, onions and cheese.
