First-time visitor. I had the Country Bacon and Bleu burger with fries, and my wife had Walleye with fries and Roasted Red Pepper and Gouda Soup. All dishes had good flavor and were cooked as I would have hoped -- walleye was fried, burger was medium well as requested. Fries were fresh, and the soup seemed imaginative in its flavor combination, but Im admittedly not a "foodie" so that may be a common type of soup that I just dont know about. Decor was pleasant, staff was very friendly. It was a slow, rainy Saturday afternoon, so I cant speak to what things are like when theres a huge crowd, but we were well taken care of without being smothered. No one did anything extraordinary in serving us, but we didnt really need anything extraordinary so that would be a ridiculous standard to expect. I was hesitant on offering five stars just because the restaurant doesnt rank up with world-class venues, but the prices dont rank with such places either, so I figure it offers a very nice experience for the amount of money invested. My wife and I found it very likely that well add this place to our family rotation.

This has been one of our faves since shortly after it opened. Its a neighborhood bar and grill that serves wonderful fish. But thats not all. Their hamburgers are outstanding. The grilled chicken sandwiches on sourdough are always good. Fried clams and crab cakes and the appetizer quesadillas are yummy. Even the cole slaw is special. Their food is just good! The service is always efficient and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We love taking people to this little gem in the strip mall and watch their surprise at this hidden treasure. And they take reservations! (Just dont try to get near the place on a Friday night in Lent - we learned that the hard way!)

We went there with a groupon. The burger was one of the best Ive ever had. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was also very good. It is very clean and the people were all friendly. It is very cozy, but it is decorated with hunting/fishing memorabilia so I wouldnt take any of your vegetarian friends with you.

Good food! We have been several times and never are disappointed. The staff is always friendly and relatively quickly with drinks and food. The only downside is that we usually wait a little bit to sit down since its always packed. I am happy to wait though to keep the money at a local place! Highly recommend!

Worth a visit but not a favorite. Food and service is good. My main complaint is the price. Food and drinks were too expensive and the price is not justified. No draft beer. Not a place you want to take a lady for a romantic evening out. Okay for small groups and family.

Food good but not the same. Walleye is smaller. Must of had a new waiter. Stood in one spot and handed the food across the table. Left the checks on top of one another on the same side of the table. Salmon was not cooked medium, well done, dry.

Loved the atmosphere it took me right back to a Yellowstone vacation! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different fish dishes. Drinks were strong and well made and happy hour prices are unbeatable. Will definitely return.

My family and I have been going there since they opened! It is definitely our favorite neighborhood restaurant! The food is always wonderful, we love the lodge look, the service is alway great and friendly! The walleye is awesome!!

Stumbled onto this place while waiting for my car at Dobbs. Great service, friendly staff, great specials ($0.99 kids meals!), and the food was awesome. Great burgers, perfectly cooked, fries and soup!

Went last night for first time and had a great experience. Their fries are the best! Walleye, frog legs, burger and it was all yum! Only recommendation I would have is to get beer on tap... BLUE MOON.
