I am a Burger king person. I dont eat fast food but when I do it is Burger king or arbys... I stopped here this morning before a meeting... Orders two crossanwiches , a hash brown, and a coffee... Thee sandwiches were old. Both the patties and eggs had obviously been prepared way in advanced .. When I opened them to add jelly I noticed they had been air dryed.. If youve ever left food out you now the look Im referring too... My hashbrowns were burnt. I asked for more after showing them.. The employee stated "they are all coming out this way" I replied "theyre all burnt?? " she says yes.. (Manager standing two feet away shuffling bags as if this has nothing to do with her) I get managers attention and ask her for more. She backs the employee saying (they are all coming out the grease like that) I say "could I get another one? " she gives me one. I give her my burnt hash browns. And would you believe they were NOT BURNT??? PS. not a glove in sight!

This is by far the worst restaurant i have ever been to. I came through the drive-thru at 11:29 p.m. and didnt get out of the drive thru until 11:42 i went to order a 2 for 2 whooper meal and the shift manager was very rude. I asked her potlitely whats the rush. ? her reply was, " im trying to get yall out my drive thru , im ready to go home what you mean " this is not good customer service skills and for you to be a shift manager is even worse shouldnt you speak to your customers with respect whether you are ready to go home or not. Me and my cousin both decided to never eat here again . i wouldnt send anyone there to spend there money they are to rude and doesnt get the job done in a timing matter. And Mrs.Ronaque you forgot you was wearing a name tagg.. Next time take it off if you are going to be as rude as you were. Worst experience ever.. No one should eat there at night time how do they do it.

They got my order wrong and i had to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food. 20 minutes later they bring out the food and it is still wrong. Come to find out they gave our order to a different truck (we were in a car). My husband had to go i. To get them to correct it and they still got the order wrong. So over an hour down the drain with no food... He asked for a refund and they swiped his card and promised it would be in the account the next day. 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO REFUND! and to top it off the night manager as so rude to us and the employees. I no longer trust or go to burger king anymore.

Manager seems as if me over shooting the first window may have ruined her life so she sold me a over cooked chicken sandwich that I took bk but did try to accommodate that with a nice & juicy whooper (that I ate) but the fries were old & small when I ordered a medium I still wanted a chx sandwich. I say that to say this they never seem not to disappoint me every visit.

I have been coming to this establishment for the past 3 years and all of a sudden tonight they decide that a small cup of water is $2.19! What???? Caution with employees charging you for items that they dont ring up that way they get to pocket the money! This is very unfortunate but they have completely lost all of my business! #liars #stoprippingoffyourcustomers

They charge my credit card 2x and the lady I spoke with told me this never happen be for yea right they charge me on the 30th 14.97 and then on the 31 they charge me another 14.97. be very careful when you are using your credit card there. very bad business
