Went today for the first time and wont be back! I had my 2 kids (age 4 years old and 6 months old) and my sister. We had an early morning so were ready to eat about 10:30am. We looked up online that this place opened at 10:30. Score! Even their open sign says 10:30.....we go in and nothing is out. One of the guys greeted us and said "come in. We were late this morning". We got seated and got some drinks and waited and waited and waited. They finally brought out some cold stuff so I got my 4 year old a plate of jello and grapes. He was hungry and tired of waiting. I asked the lady how long it was going to take and she said she didnt know. At this time weve been there for almost 45 mins and still no food was out. She said they dont open til 11:30. I told her it says 10:30 and she said "yeah he needs to change that". So I told her we arent staying. She gave me a bill for the drinks and the one little plate of jello and grapes. Really? Granted it was only $10 but theres no way I should have gotten a bill. They are sloppy. Unfortunately I will not be back there. And from the looks of it, this place doesnt have many good reviews.

I am giving one star because I have to to be able to leave a review. Big waste of money they had food out but all the food was very dry and seemed old. I love Chinese food so I have been to a decent amount of establishments. This was by far the worst. I have table manners and I had to spit the coconut strip out very nasty. Restaurant owners son was in and out through the tables being very annoying. We went to buffet because we needed food and promised my daughter ice cream we thought we would hit 2 birds with one stone..nope! Hard serve ice cream and most were empty. Never going back

I am not a buffet person, nor a strangely titled hole in the wall intrigued person. However, upon being dragged into Best Buffet by some evergreenesque friends I have returned a dozen times for the shrimp, and assorted potato/seafood dishes. Theres always going to be something blah or more than one something usually thats just eh. But theres enough WOWs to fill a tummy a few times over. I seem to be more of a fan of dinner than lunch, but Ill take lunch for the price cut. Best Buffet, youre awesome! Oh, and tehyre open till 9:30 unlike anything else in this town ;)

It was so bad. I never leave reviews but the man who greeted us was horrible. We couldnt finish our food because it was so dry, hard, and mushy. The man who worked there told my husband food had only been out for 2 hours. We finally just left. Got in the car and was pulling away when he ran out and starting yelling at us again and asked my husband if he wanted to fight. My husband just told the man to leave our car. There was only one other person in there. The worse food I have ever tasted in my entire life. Please beware.

Stay away. Red flag #1 empty restaurant at dinnertime. My husband and I were the only people there. Food was mediocre. Lukewarm (even the cold foods were room temperature) and terrible service. Our plates piled 5 high before waitress finally came and got them (she had been chatting and laughing with who I assume to be the manager) and never brought the check. Not a big deal unless you also know that she brought us napkins while we were eating dessert. She knew we were done. She did not get a tip

Definitely listen to the bad reviews service was okay employees were nice but the food was terrible chicken was cold and tough to chew rice tasted terrible sushi looked like it had been sitting out for hours and even if the ice cream was good it was all gone never refilled check your dishes before dishing up because some our still dirty was definitely not worth the money....it is not the best buffet

Food was mediocre at best. Our empty glasses sat on the table ignored until my wife got up and went to the hostess for refills. Even going to the hostess took three attempts until she finally filled the glasses with an air of indifference and no apologies. We will NEVER return to eat at this place. Too expensive for what they offer as well.

I would give 0 stars if I could food was old at 5 pm selection if food was terrible. We sat by the window and could see the build up of dust and mold in the windows. The fortune cookies were stale. And there was only one kind of sushi dris and old rice was hard. All of this terrible food for $41.15 two adults 1 child.

The food was dry... There was barley any food out... All containers were empty... No crab was put out had to ask 3 times. N when the crab was put out.. It went fast they barley filled it.. So I had none... Chinese buffet is way better... Its off of Martin way...

Price was ok, but the food could have been better. First thing first dont get excited when you see the sushi sign. ... it is calafornia rolls, and not good ones at that. The cooked mushrooms are good... the cooked veggies are good. Nothing really else was good.

Worst buffet I have ever been to. Food dry and rubbery. Salad bar had 0 toppings besides iceberg lettuce and dressing. No one would come and cook the grill so it was a 0. We left $24 poorer and needing to find dinner elsewhere. 0 customer service as well!

The food here is hit and miss. Ive eaten here a couple of times and the food was acceptable. There are better Chinese buffets in the area, but this one is OK most of the time. Come in with low to moderate expectations and you wont be disappointed...

Very good food nice and clean and good price $8.97 included tax for lunch fresh food and fruit I come evrytime I pass by tumwater wa highway 5 , I stop my truck in walmart and cross rd to eat here in this buffet I really like it

The food looked like it had been under the heat lamps all day and tasted that way as well. The service was spot on but overpriced. I would not recommend this buffet to anyone of my friends. Definitely NOT best buffet.

Went there when it was slow (after lunch), not much to choose from since everything was out and old. fruit was the best part. Dont try the Kimchi it was soggy, soft and warm. Maybe will try when busy. 1 star for now.

4 stars for the customer service and the fact they have a lit of choices, but the down side is that they place new food over the older food instead of throwing it out. And there tables and chairs are always sticky.

I will never go back here. Mediocre service and the food didnt taste good. They were also a little dry because there wasnt a lot of people to eat it. And the facility didnt seem clean.
