No words can describe how amazing this place is if youre in the mood for pizza. Their pizza is one of, if not the best, New York style pizzas Ive had in this area. Their other options such as the garlic rolls are equally delicious and bursting with flavor. The Arepas are not bad either but are not very filling and will leave you still hungry. Arepas are a small Venezuelan sandwich dish though so this is not necessarily a minus as it is something to just be knowledgeable of if ordering them. One item that would almost seem trivial at other Italian restaurants but stands out here is the delicious wine infused marinara sauce they give you for dipping. This stuff was so good it honestly brought a few tears to my eyes lol. Joking aside, I did want to put it on everything due to its robust flavor. Definitely ask for more. Dont skip on the desserts either as they are definitely worth their cost. Amanda, our waitress, was extremely kind and helpful. An affordable hole in the wall with A+ first class flavor and friendly staff, you dont want to miss out on Leonore Italian Restaurant.

The food was great and if I were rating on that alone I would give it a 4.5; however, the service was less than satisfactory. We didnt receive a server until about 10 minutes after we had been seated, and the place was not busy so that wasnt the issue. We ordered a Venezuelan dish I cant remember the name of and garlic knots for an app. Our entree came out 20 minutes later, but no appetizer, which hey it happens. But then we were half done with our meal when our server told is there had been a mix up with the garlic knots, so at this point Im just like nevermind; the whole point of an app is to eat while youre waiting for your main dish. Our waitress was apologetic about the mix-up and she was nice, but she didnt offer a discount which Im pretty sure is standard when your customers have been waiting a while and their order wasnt done right. But I didnt say anything so that is partly on me. All that being said, the food was good and I doubt what happened is characteristic of the normal service. I would recommend with caution.

My wife and I had the best time at Leonore on Monday evening. The waitperson "Caballota" aka Maria was a breath of fresh air! She helped with entre decision and the food was outstanding! From the rum punch and appetizer to the beans, sliced steak in an incredible Venezuelan spice with plantains on the side... to the last meatball...(there was very little conversation while we ate). The atmosphere of the restaurant is just right. Nice, yet comfortable. It was so unique to be able to order two separate cuisines and both dishes being genuinely cooked to perfection. Maria has a perfect blend of working hard and being sociable. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Our new favorite restaurant is only 150 miles from our home! "So we have that going for us, which is nice."

Usually I am a HUGE fan of Leonores, but today I was highly disappointed. I ordered a Calzone with 3 toppings for take out. When I arrived to pick it up, I found out that it was $13.00! Meanwhile, I could have gotten a Specialty Calzone for only $7.50. Granted, it was the daily special, but the disparity in price is ridiculous. Then, I cut the Calzone open to find out it is missing its Mozzarella Cheese! Who ever heard of a Calzone without Mozzarella! I plan to give them another try...hoping this was a fluke...but if its like this again, Ill have to find a different lunch place. UPDATE: 1/4 to 1/3 of the Calzone was just DOUGH!

Ever since a friend of mine told me about Lenores Ive been trying to make it over there to try them....and I did today. Excellent venue, wonderful atmosphere, and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Top that all off with the best pizza Ive had in a looong time and you have some idea of what its like to go to Lenores. Their lunch specials are affordable and even their "full" price menu items are extremely reasonable. Id have no problems taking a client there for a lunch meeting, or hanging out there with friends one night.

Food was delicious, drinks were amazing; we tried Margarita, Mojito, and Venezuelan Cuba Libre. Staff was kind and helpful. Atmosphere was good, too; I saw a variety of people including a family with 2-3 kids. We will go back to try more. They also have a live music as well. The online menu on the website is incomplete though, please update it.

I absolutely LOVE the arepas! My favorite is the Arepa Pabellón (shredded beef, black beans, mozzarella, and garnished with fries plantains). But, the Arepa Pepiada (chicken salad with avocado) is also delicious. Dont forget about the Italian side of the menu as those dishes are also a good choice.

We are in town for VT orientation. We followed the advice of Yelp, and were very pleased. The ambiance is kinda bland but the food is great. We had a mix of Italian and Venezuelan and both we great. We would highly recommend this place.

Great mix of food here, everything my wife and I had was delicious. Will definitely be going back. Night we were there they had a live band playing, music was good and just the right volume to be heard but not overwhelm.

Started with bruschetta for appetizers. Then moved to pork dish and chicken . Found out that a woman makes all desserts from home. Everything was excellent.
