GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I called and was left on hold for seven and a half minutes at around 10 PM (5/4/2017) after telling me there was one customer ahead of me. After waiting so long it sounded like they purposely answered then hung up the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. I went to the store to meet who was hanging up on me and a manager, who said her name was Olivia, was there. She made no attempt to explain the hangup. I believe they were hanging up the phone to avoid working. People like her are a cancer to productive and civilized society. Her being black adds to the undesirable stereotype of laziness and entitlement that isnt helping people get past racism either.

Called in to order a pizza and was put on hold for ten minutes, I hung up and called back and mentioned how I was on hold for ten minutes. Some mean lady answered and respond saying "no you didnt wait on hold for ten minutes", so I hung up and decided not to order from there. I didnt like her attitude and how unprofessionally she responded, I wont be spending my money here anymore.

I dont know why the overall score is so low. This is the only Pizza Hut I order with, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I mostly order online and notice the wait can be over an hour sometimes but the food is always hot when it arrives.

Awful customer service. Rude rude rude. This is the worst service Ive ever encountered at a Pizza Hut... Im going back to papa johns. Whoever was working on 11/22/2016 @10pm DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The pizza is good but I like my pizza with ranch but I see they dont refrigerate it. Which is probably why I got food poisoning. I have eaten there since then but I will NEVER get the ranch again.

Just got a large Pizza thin crust, it was so under cooked, I had to put it in the oven and try to cook it again, I hate they closed the other location, this one sucks
