This is only the second time I have dined with Dream House, and I will never give them my business again. The first time I decided to order food from Dream House Asian Bistro, I called to place an order for take-out. I had less than friendly service, could barely understand the cashier, and was rushed on the phone and was very confused as to the ordering process. I let it slide because I am a believer in second chances and assumed it was just an off- or busy day. Today I ordered pick up again, and received even WORSE service than the first time I dined with Dream House. The same man answered the phone to take my order, and after struggling to understand him (he sounded high or like he had just woken up) I actually asked him if he was awake. He assured me he was, but his attitude and voice said differently. I ordered a lunch bento box, which comes with a lot of different options to choose from, and when I asked "what does that come with?" he simply responded "a lot of things." He also groggily told me they just opened for the day so the wait would be longer-- which is understandable. I couldnt help but think it was because he needed time to get into work mode and WAKE UP for the day! Anyways, I did wait a while for my food, and I ordered a sushi roll (spicy salmon roll) along with my bento box to eat for dinner. As I am eating it, I realize it doesnt taste right and I opened the rolls up to find NO SALMON-- SIMPLY fried breadcrumbs with spice on them. No fish at all. Did they forget? Not feel like adding it? I couldnt give them the benefit of the doubt because it was my second time with less than acceptable service, so I chalk it up to being a poor quality place that hires poor quality workers. I immediately called to talk to the manager, and the SAME guy answered, telling me he was the manager. I then asked to speak to the owner and was told "he is too busy." I simply hung up, realizing that it is useless and the best thing I can do now is not go back and to give others a heads up who may want to try this restaurant. Dont do it.

Exceptional sushi at slightly below average prices. Eel rolls were particularly good. The miso soup that came with the maki combo was fantastic, probably the best Ive had in years - rich and flavorful, with plenty of tofu. My girlfriend said it tasted like "real" miso soup. Time before this, I had a take-out sesame chicken combo, which made for two tasty meals at a bargain price, so if youre into cheap Chinese food, this place has you covered. They have Thai food too, but I havent tried any yet. Only complaint would be the egg roll; it was a little oily. Probably my new standby for sushi and Chinese food. Im definitely coming back.

Terrrible food with terrible customer service. I ordered drunken noodles under the thai portion of the menu but it got delivered an was terrible tasting.It had a orange color and chewy texture. Had to throw the whole thing out. When I called to complain they said it wasnt their problem and its wasnt thai drunken noodles but its asian fusion drunk nooodles, and thats why it tasted so different. they refused to return my money for this aweful dish. if you want real food go to PHU fha thai down the road. it looks sketchy but food is at least good.

I love Dream House Asian Bistro. Everything from their sushi, to their Thai or Chinese cuisine is delicious. Their prices are great and their staff is friendly. Dream House also supports and sponsors the local community center and other neighborhood events. You cant go wrong with a place that cares about their food, their customers and their community!

I had their drunken noodles it was God aweful. The chicken was chewy and taste like rubber. I love Thai and could honestly say that was the worst tasting Thai food ever. There are better Asian restaurants in Roxborough. I wouldnt recommend this place to friends or foes. I ask for refund and they refused to give me my money back.

Ordered for Thai food. Its good, but different. Like Thai dishes cooked in a Chinese style. Green curry tasted like curry but the sauce is more the texture of moo goo gai pan sauce than coconut milk. Other reviewers commented that the chicken was rubbery/chewy so we ordered beef and shrimp and both were perfect.

Fast delivery. Food was good, very generous portions. Crab rangoon was not crunchy, kind-of soggy. Egg rolls were very good. Veggie lo mein was fantastic, large veggies... broccoli, snow peas etc... Sesame Chicken was very good with large chunks of breaded chicken and a few pieces of broccoli.

Im a big fan...Been ordering from here for several years and have yet to order something that did not meet or exceed my expectations. My favorite is the Twin Spicy Salmon sushi--I could (and at times have) ordered it a couple times in a given week; SO GOOD.

I really like this place. Its been one of the only decent sushi places Ive found near the city. Going in for the 3rd time for some dinner tonight with friends. I recommend the chef special where you get fresh sashimi, the fish is pretty decent.

Delicious. We had several different rolls, and orange chicken, eggplant garlic sauce, and house special lo mein and everything was delicious. If you like spicy sushi - they make this very well. The place is nice and the service is good.

The food is pretty good, not great. I usually get my food to go because the dining area leaves a lot to be desired. Prices are average. If you dont like a lot of salt, tell them, otherwise youre going to get really salty

We probably eat here way too much at Dream House but the food is simply delicious and at a very reasonable cost. Jerry is a great guy and runs this restaurant. Surprisingly, their sushi is excellent and worth trying.

Its not real Thai food. I am from Thailand and the food is not suppose to be like this. CHICKEN IS RUBBER. Chinese Food is Americanized
