Dont let the location, signage, and interior decor fool you. It may appear drab, but for someone whos lived in japan for 3 years, Id say this is the best ramen you can get in king county right now, bar none. Soup is balanced and not too salty, noodles have the perfect springiness, and the unique charred pork is succulent and flavorful. Im sensitive to MSG, and I didnt feel any MSG symptoms, so bonus points there as well. Portions and prices are fair. Service is kind and courteous. Ill be back regularly for sure!

Finally a great ramen place in the area! Excellent broth, noodles, meats, and fresh ingredients in a well presented bowl. Seating is somewhat limited but is okay for now. I anticipate that this will be a problem as this location gains popularity during the lunch rush. Service is quick and friendly but you need to order your food up front first.

A really nice addition to the Woodinville neighborhood! Their vegetarian ramen is pretty good! Better than a lot of well known ramen shops in Bellevue or Seattle! They also have other vegetarian entrees if youre not in the mood for ramen. Owners are so sweet & kind! A must try! Food 5 Service 5 Decor & Ambiance 4 Cleanliness 5

Ive had ramen from the famous Hokkaido Ramen in Vancouver and also a famous one in the middle of Tokyo that we stood in line for over two hours for. Honestly, I liked the ramen here better. I would have taken a picture but we devoured too quickly. And the korean owner is so nice and enthusiastic! Definitely coming back!

This is by far the most authentic Ramen house in the East side! Great owners, clean, service was amazing, and it really felt like I was eating at a Ramen house the middle of Tokio! The flavor of the broth, the noodles and the egg were so delicious! Its a must try if you live in the Woodinville area!

Great authentic ramen experience in Woodinville! The Japanese lady owner was very nice and explained all of the items for us and the taste is authentic especially the rich tonkatsu broth! and prices are reasonable. Will be back with the family!

Broth and teriyaki were both solid. Portion was decent for the price. Nothing "wow" though. If I want ramen and dont want to drive far Id go here, but otherwise there are other good ramen places in Bellevue that I like more.

Good ramen. I really like the charsiu pork, it is soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. The noodles have a great texture. The shoyu tonkotsu broth had a nice balance, not too heavy like some tonkotsu can be.

Hearty bowl of veggie ramen. The broth is soy milk based to try and copy tonkotsu style. We would have preferred more veggies in it, but the noodles were outstanding. Highly recommend the garlic fried rice as well.
