I can guarantee you that I will never ever ever ever ever come back to your business ever again. to start off, i went to the pizza hut on government street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I ordered online at 10:20 the store closes at 11:00, i got an email stating that the order was confirmed and got the confirmation email. I get to the store and they tell me that they dont have an order. They close out online ordering at 10:20. Ok cool, but someone could have sent me and email or called me.. I wasted time to come over there. The manager, nonchalantly said oh well sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt. They tell me that i can order now and it will be ready in 15 minutes. I ordered again and i went outside into my car to wait. I come back into pizza hut and they tell me that one of their coworkers has taken the pizza that i ordered and tried to give me a meat lovers pizza. I dont eat meat so i didnt want that, i want what i ordered. The pizza hut was very dirty, none of the workers except one or two workers had on their uniforms. Some people had on muscle shirts and sweat shorts, some people had on jeans

Dont order online because they wont make your order. Ive given them 5 chances due to how close I live to this location and not once have they filled my order, even when its called in. Employees are all clueless and rude. Im an easy going guy with a lot of patience. Ive never been compelled to write a bad review until now. Unbelievable.

I called in an order for delivery. Waited 45 minutes. Called back they told me its on its way. Waited another 30 minutes called back they then proceeded to tell me that they dont deliver. I asked to speak with someone then they hung up on me.

Sometimes the service is rocky or they miss an order or theyre overloaded and the wait is ridiculous but hey, the pizza is usually good.
