I gave 1 star for the service I received. I was the 4th person in line at the time. My order had been taken and I thought she had started on it. Five to six other people came in AFTER me. They all ordered, paid and received their meals before I did. I waited over 30 minutes and waited after the other people to get my food. Once I got my food (2 early bird wraps) they were overly smashed. There was no chipolte sauce (my reason for getting it) and no cheese. Just cold chicken and tomatoes with 2 small clumps of egg. Then I discovered she didnt blend my smoothie enough where I was drinking clumps of the energizer they put in it. Over all an extremely disappointing and angering experience. I have been to this store multiple other times and received decent enough service I havent said anything. I have seen similar situations as Ive described here happen to other people. Finally it was bad enough I had something to say. I will NOT be going back until theres been a staff upgrade.

I love the smoothies for Tropical Smoothie but this particular location really needs to get some management in place. The service is always terribly slow and unprofessional for the most part. There are a couple young girls working there that do a great job but besides that they employees are horrible. I went here for lunch the other day and witnessed my smoothie being dropped on the floor, in the cup, and was still served this very smoothie. I was on my lunch break and did not have time to fight the battle of such horrible service but I also have not been back. I usually enjoyed lunch at this establishment 3 times a week. Great establishment, poor management and if this isnt corrected you will be closed down very soon.

First experience ordered two veggie hummus wraps, which has no meat but the employee put chicken so i had to wait for my order to be corrected, other than that the food was still good, once corrected. Then from that point on I started ordering online for pick up, but every single time the food was put together extremely sloppy and disproportional. So much that after my 5th time trying I had to stop being a customer all together because of the endless lack of quality. I hope management looks into this.

I found plastic particles in my Peanut Pradise smooth. I called the cafe and told the lady that answered the phone what occurred. She stated to come back and they would make me another one. I was already ten minutes away and I did not want someone else to have the same experience. She stated that she did not make it and probably a plastic top fell in it. Really does plastic cups usually fall into smoothies. I dont want to inconvenience the employees any more.

I had one of the worst experiences I ever had eating fast food I felt terrible about it my Caribbean Jamaican Wrap it had so much sauce on it it was so soggy and squishy it just disgusted me so much I couldnt even look at it without gagging and after I took it back it was worst and also when I took it back they didnt even give me my fruit side the service was slow and the food didnt even look edible

I first went to Tropical Smoothie this past Friday (9/23/16)... and have gone back every day (except for Sunday) for the food and Health Nut smoothie w/ whey protein and energizer. I love it!! And the service was great as well... friendly environment and fast service. Seriously cannot say anything negative.

Love this place!!!!!!! And really cant get enough of it. I love the "health but" smoothie (my personal favorite) and the "hummus veggie wrap" (great for vegans) the taste of it all is really outstanding. Not too pricey, with many delicious AND healthy options. Will definitely be back!

I am a frequent customer of this location and over the last 6 months the service and Quality of the Smoothies has been at an all time LOW , the Zelda rd. Location is 10K times better !!!! This location is not consistent with the quality of service at all !

There are only 2 flavors I get -- Bahama mama and cranberry truffle. They are my most favorites. Lala is the only one I prefer to make my smoothies because she is awesome at her job and is very cordial which makes my experience wonderful all the way around.

I went to this location July 13th at 9:30 but it was close. On the window the closing hour clearly states 10pm. The open light was on but the doors was locked! So disappointed!
