Ill sit in the drive thru in the morning for a good 2 to 3 minutes before Im even recognized and asked what I want, this is the second time now that the young kid in the morning comes on the intercom to tell me that theyre closed. And when I ask if they have certain times that theyre open he replied with " go ahead.." i asked again " wait...so you are open?" All he said was "ya. I was doing my till" I dont care that you were doing your tail and then I waited two to three minutes, but what I care about is the fact that hes lying to me telling me that theyre closed. This is at 4:15 in the morning Im on my way to work I dont have time to sit here and be confused by a kid on the other side of the intercom

Went at 2am on my night job lunch break, took me 5 mins just for my first order to be understood. Wanted a triple bacon buttery jack. With an extra pattie. And curly fries. After she finished taking my order. Decided to not say meet me at the window for your total. And just let me sit at the box till asked what my total was. Get to the window all the food was fresh(at least the burger.) But in stead of curly fries I got regular fries, so my entire lunch was spent sitting for a person to say please move forward like human beings do. And then waiting for her drop fries in to the fryer again. Just saying, little more attention please.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. I will never go here again. Mukilteo has too many options to ever consider going back here. Save youself the stress & screwed up food/orders & go some place else. If you are traveling & love Jack in the Box, do as I do & get it in a different location.

DO NOT VISIT THIS JIB. 10:30 last night I drove through. The lady swiped my debit card for my order and then held on to it for some reason. Walked around the kitchen with it which I thought was strange...and sure enough the thief swiped it again for another $8 and change. Not this time jib. Not this time.

I have been in others jack in the box and I definitely would say that this one is the worst,is understaffed I have to wait for 30 mins for my order and they gave me the wrong order I never coming back to this place.

Person was very mono and obviously hated what he was doing. Emp Brooke 12/22/13. 1:18am at least the mentally disabled attitude filled guy was not working so I give it a 3 star just because of the food being good.

They just forgot my pancakes for my breakfast platters again! They constantly forget stuff. They even forgot four orange juices. Then they want you to drive back and pick it up. They should drive it you!

Good food fast service n no rats or homeless hanging around it. Better area n much cleaner then the ones on hwy 99 or Everett mall way by far my first choice of Jack in the boxes to go to

Super slow during the lunch hours because of the businesses in the area, need to step up their service.. 15-20 minutes for a to-go order, not cool when you have a 30 min lunch

Actually the best tacos of any Jack in the Box Ive had. Quick and good food. The employees are a cut above as well. I come here for lunch all the time.
