POOR SERVICE! I went here with my son after school. The lady at the drive through was very rude! She rushed me through my order and then got it wrong. I asked her to repeat it back because the total was off. She then got an attitude. After snatching my debit card she slammed the drive through window in my face! Last week an Oriental man took my order. He asked "did you want ketchup or other sauce?" I was looking at my phone and said, "Uhh.." as I was distracted and thinking. He then snarled, "are these tough questions?!" The manager said he was trying to be funny, but I didnt take it as such. The Oriental woman who has a lot of acne is always rude too. The Hispanic boy there with the dragon tattoo is the only one pleasant. The food was also sub-par. Too bad theres no other BKs in the area...

This place has been going down hill over the last few years, and now its to the point they only get my order right every other time. On top of that they are getting more and more unprofessional. I just called to let them know they messed up my burger again, and they literally laughed when I told them the mistake. I might agree its kinda funny if they tried to make it right, but he just laughed, and said have a good day then hung up. BTW I ordered a whopper with no tomatoes, and I got a whopper with only tomatoes. It was right on the ticket!

Very rude employees made the experience terrible. On 8/30/11 around noon at least two of the employees behind the counter displayed poor courtesy and one of them said "hello! Wake up! and clapped" with a irritated tone to a customer and another kept on saying "hello? Number 7?" in a very diminishing tone which was very rude. I should NOT expect to see this kind of attitude and service from a public restaurant or anywhere. NEVER going back because your employees need to be disciplined.

Every time I go here I am disappointed but its the only BK in the area. I only try it for new promos and every time I regret it. I always show up at 9pm on Thursdays, the only time I need fast food. Ive tried it 5 times now over the last 9 months and I give up. Nice and all service, just never get what I ordered or I get one sauce for 20 nuggets. I always wish I would have went to one of the OTHER 5 fast food places in the 3 block radius. Youd think theyd get it by now.

The service was absent and the food was mediocre. My chicken fries tasted old and my fries were undercooked. The burger was completely thrown together. The worst part was watching one if the cashiers, of whom I wont post their name, walk around with a metal rod smashing trashes down right next to customers eating. To top it off, he had to pull trash off of the rod, then immediately went back to helping guests at the register without washing his hands.

I was wondering if anyone actually reads these and tries to fix the problems, in this case it sounds like its the employees. How do the get away with this? If I go into an establishment and there is any kind of rudeness I will turn around and leave. I am writing this to see if anyone from Burger King actually reads these comments? Answer please if there is any higher up from burger king that reads these.

Guy was super pushy, then didnt give us the ketchup we asked for. Overall, rude service. At least the food was hot, and they honored my coupon. I love BK, but this place has had questionable service for at least 8yrs. Im pretty sure thats why they dont really care that much. They are still making money. They do have the best fries.

Every time i have gone there they were nice and helpful. The food has been consistently good since I have moved near by last year. So boo the the haters this place is great. And one of the last remaining Burger Kings. The closest one other than this is North Seattle which makes this a real treat.

Good service, but the fries are stale and terrible. It had been a long time since i went to a BK. I dont remember what the fried quality was then, but it was bad this last time. We did enjoy the Snickers pies and the bacon cheese burgers from the value menu.

The best burger king Ive ever been to. Clean, excellent customer service (especially the young black lady with glasses, shes just unreal), and the food is fine. But it was the customer service and that young ladys sweeping that made us come back.

Terrible attitude national advertisement says two sandwiches for $5 they would not honor that.... Set a promotion didnt start till the next day even though other Burger Kings are honoring it.... The on duty manager was rude and obnoxious

My boyfriend ordered the crunchy chicken sandwich combo meal and has been violently sick ever since consuming it. I ordered the chicken club salad which was okay but absolutely not good enough to compensate for making my SO this sick.

Went to burgerking on 212th in edmonds and that was at 1130 pm and they were closed at 1130 when it says they close at midnight not a happy camper we go there faithfully every day for your ice cream. Pretty bumbed out just saying

The management of this front seems really cheap and unfriendly. Probably because its across the street from a high school, but no refills on drinks, charging for condiments... kind of ridiculous

Burger King in the northwest is ok, it just seems that they dont run as tight a ship as I have seen else where. The places are dingy, the staff moderately friendly

Really liked how clean it was. The flowers were well maintained as well as all the other gardens. Very rare to see such a nice landscape for a fast food place.
