I am so upset. I WAS a loyal customer to Happy Faz. Every Sunday I order pizza. Today, I ordered a pizza with broccoli on half. My pizza came with one piece of broccoli the size of my thumb nail on it. Then it appears that whatever was left (the broccoli "shake") was sprinkled SPARINGLY on the pizza. What on earth is that? I was charged for an entire pizza and got nothing to show for it. I even took pictures to show the restaurant. During my phone call I was informed that broccoli cooks down and appears smaller when cooked. Well, since Ive never cooked broccoli before in my entire life, I complete appreciate you explaining to me that once you put the pizza in the even you cooked it for 5 years (because that is the only explanation I can come up with) and every piece but one disappeared. I appreciate you taking the pizza out in time to salvage that one piece. Hooray for you. Then I was informed by the person who answered the phone, that sometimes the bottom of the bag has the broccoli remnants and they can sometimes get on your pizza. So first you admit that you dumped broccoli shake on my pizza. Then youre telling me that you didnt have the common sense to put actual full size adult pieces (more than one) on the pizza? They offered me a $3 credit, but uh, no. Honestly the worst part was them trying to explain/justify why exactly I was delivered a pizza that looked like it had been drizzled in ganja. You lost a customer, but Im sure it wont matter much too you. Thanks for the customer appreciation.

Absolutely do not order pizza from here! We ordered pizza and after the delivery was 15 minutes late we called and were assured it was on the way. An two hours later when I called a second time and explained the problem over the phone, the worker taking my call and the manager could be heard taking about the problem for 6 (!) minutes "they didnt check the order....I dont know, give them free bread sticks" when I finally got the manager on the phone, he had a lengthy explanation for me. "Just deliver us the pizza we ordered and dont charge us" was my solution I offered, trying to be kind and assure him mistakes happen. The manager started with "man I cant do that" so I told him just to forget it and cancel the order and refund my money - which they never did!! Now were in a lengthy process trying to get our money refunded OMG this has got to be the worse experience ordering food ever. If this is how sloppily things are run I really dont trust them to safely cook my food either, these guys are the worst!

Some pizza joints are known for having the best sauce or the best flavored crust or the best deals in terms of price. And Faz Pizza is know for all of the above and then some. This is because the food from Hello Faz Pizza is halaal / kosher. That means you can enjoy a very good pepperoni pizza from here and not have to worry about breaking any dietary laws. Even a Hawaiian pizza with ham & pineapple is good. And they dont just sell pizza. You can get a salad, chicken wings, soft drinks, and even desert. I aint into pluggin somebodys business unless Im gettin something out of it. But this is where I go to feed my wife and kids. As far as Im concerned, this is the number one pizza joint in Ann Arbor, as well as the whole Detroit Metro area.

Hello Faz Pizza is my favorite place to get pizza in town. Those Faz has passed away, his spirit lives on in the place. The prices are still very good, and the staff is friendly as always. The pizza tastes great too! Its not quite as good as cottage inn, but youre paying about half the price. They are consistent too, only once out of the 30+ times I have been there have we had slightly burned pizza. The hours are great too, me and my friends come often after midnight. I hope Hello Faz stays there as long as it can, while Faz has moved on, I havent!

Got the tandoori chicken deep dish pizza, with added gyro meat, and it was amazing. Perfectly prepared and plenty of cheese, sauce, and toppings. Hands down one of the most satisfying pizzas ive had in my life. Delivery is fair priced and fairly fast, although my pizza was banged around a Little bit, but nothing major. 5 stars! Their reputation as a must try for pizza in ann arbor is well earned. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone as long as they arent dead set on pork, which they do not serve.

I placed an order for delivery. I was actually excited because of all the good ratings. Took a while to get to me and they ended up leaving all 4 of my toppings (that I paid for) off of my pizza. I was starving so I ate it because I wasnt about to wait another hour+ for another pizza. I called them and they didnt even offer to refund my money for the small pizza. Cheese tastes chalky too .... Not like quality mozz, more like big discount bag of mozz. Disappointed :/

Only been here once, but this place was pretty dingy and it was like 90 degrees in there. We had to wait about 25 mins for our food. The person at the counter was not exactly pleasant, but Im sure working in that heat all day doesnt help. The food tasted fine, for the price. My calzone must have dripped out about half a cup of water, not sure why it was so wet, wouldve been better without the soggy crust.

Watch out for this place! We called to make an order and the guy said "you might want to hurry, I have another customer waiting." He then proceeded to hang up the phone when we asked him to have the other person wait until our order was in. This is the worst service and a major attitude. We will NEVER go back there or order from there again.

The pizza is great, but the 3rd party delivery company (Zoomer) is terrible. We placed a pizza order at 7:04pm this evening and the food did not arrive till 8:55pm. We only live 5 miles away from Hello Faz. It should not take 2 hours for a pizza delivery. We will not be getting delivery again from Hello Faz as long as they use Zoomer.

Very good subs and cheese bread. The price is great. I have been here many times. They also deliver. The small cheese bread is a good size, I wonder what the LG looks like. Came with sauce. I got two American style subs also. Always tasty and very filling. Pictures to come soon.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE or on EAT24!! Food went 1 hour past estimated delivery time. The restaurant had poor communication with the driver (3rd party delivery service) and Eat24 had horrible service. This was $20 down the drain. If you like your money, use it to eat elsewhere.

Great Pizza but second time Ive tried to call in a large order and caught attitude from the staff on the phone. Really felt like I was inconveniencing them so I hung up and called a chain with "ok" pizza but good customer service.
