Rude c__t named Jennifer, I belive, working here. How places think its okay to put people this rude on customer service is beyond me. She should be scrubbing friers, if not fired. I think shes a manager or something, too cause she was wearing the orange ascot thing. Terrible experience.

I used to work for Burger KING many years ago... its nice to receive great customer service. Ruban (pretty sure that was his name) was so polite and when it comes to fast food, its really nice to see kids out there putting their best foot forward! A big smile makes all the difference!

Just wanted to let people know that there is an employee that goes the extra mile. His name is Nick and he works at the Burien location. It was so refreshing to see a hard working personable young Man. He made our visit enjoyable by working with a smile and keeping busy

Food is good cant complain seems like new management took over. However if i had one complaint it would be the bathroom its not nasty but they can do better. (Its about one tier above walmart and thats probably because burgerking gets less customers)

Normally the service here is average. The last time was just sad. Half our order was missing, the drink machine was empty and not dispensing ice, the store was dirty, and the staff couldnt have cared less. Not sure if Ill be going back.

Unlike most places, they have never messed up my order. They have no problems substituting proteins to keep things in line with religious diet restrictions & didnt cmcharge me extra for some dumb reason.

Todays date is may 24 this people are supposed open at 6 am and I came at 7.11 am one of the cashier that was waiting outside told me that they still closed because the manager is late .
