I went in on a Sunday afternoon. I came in when no customers were there, seemed eerie. After I ordered, a few customers started to come in. After ordering, I sat down about 10 minutes and no one came with my food. I had to go up and ask and the manager apologized and refunded my cash and gave me the food for free. This was not a good experience in terms of waiting for the food (it was on the counter all this time, just no one came to bring it to me at my seat with my card)... but on the other hand the manager made it up to me. Also, the bathroom was fairly clean (maybe because there was few customers in the first place)... The food itself was average.. chicken strips was a bit dry and not much flavor. The fries were a bit soft and old, not as good as Wendys or Jack in the Box. The drink counter didnt have that many flavours, just the standard soda types, about a handful. Not sure if I would come back here again or not...

8pm Nov 14th, cold night, go to pick up two burger combos, and an addl side of fries, it is dark and their receipts dont print clearly but when I get home I realize the burger that needs to "hold the mayo - allergy issue" has mayo... the girl seemed like she had trouble hearing me during ordering buuuut... also no side of fries even though I can see onthe receipt that I paid for them. Drive back, its been about 20 minutes now. Ask for a redo because items from original order are going to be cold if half of the stuff is new and half is old... get home after round two... still have mayo on the burger that needed to be without. So my one meal for today was an "open faced" burger which I had to throw out the mayo side of the bun and a rinsed off paddy. Yum, soggy. I wont try so hard to convince my spouse to eat here again.

Customer s were seated w/ smiles on their happy faces. Store was clean and it smelled nice. Restroom was clean. I was greeted w/ a smile by 2 employees, my order was promptly taken and the employee made suggestions to help my indecisiveness she also asked me questions to better assist me. Food was great and so was the desserts. Only thing Ive noticed is there arent many male employees..

gross! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I opened it up and didnt see any bacon under the lettuce and tomato. I asked if they could add it, when they brought it back it had bacon and lots of mayo but no lettuce or tomato! where did that go? I should have just ate the bacon cheeseburger minus the bacon. It was just gross!!!

I eat here 2-3 times a week, work close by, and the entire staff is so friendly, helpful and quick. I have always been happy with the service, cleanliness and food. I read the other reviews and Im sorry people dont think more often to put in a good word and only post a review when they are unhappy.

Update: Make that 3 messed up orders in the last 6 months. I may just give up on this place. Standard DQ fair, however this is the 2nd time in the last two weeks my order was messed up. They made it right the second time, but Id like it right when I leave. That and not open very late.

Good clean restaurant, the staff is also often amazing. Sit down means having the food also brought out to your table, so you dont need to hover around the front counter for your food. Havent used the drive through yet but seems quick from what Ive seen. Best DQ around IMO!

Ordered 3 smores blizzards and left with 3 chocolate ones that were as runny as milk. Would give them more then one star except it took them 8 minutes to make 3 blizzards that were wrong with no one there except me. Probably not going back.

Notable improvement over previous visits. Hot food was actually warm, Ice cream not too melted. They have not fixed the open sewer line in the bathroom yet. Kids meal portion same size as regular.

I know its fast food but can you serve it hot at least. Luke warm dry hamburger with cold just out the fridge bun is perplexing to me. What a waste of money and a disappointment. Keep driving!

Rarely a good experience. Seems like I have to deal with mistakes or forgetfulness when I get my DQ fix here. Staff is nice but they dont seem well trained or supported by their managers.
