Horrible, horrible place. Ive seen puke outside, homeless people asking for food or money, people arguing with the employees, etc. My last experience made me adamant on my decision to never eat there again. I was waiting at the register for over 5 minutes. The manager who took my order was most definitely under the influence. He barely understood what I asked for. He messed up the order, fixed it, then proceeded to give me the wrong amount of money back. When I went to retrieve the order (I was "dining" in) there was food missing. Do not recommend you eat there. If you have to, use the driveway.

I go to this Burger King in the morning and have no problems but tonight I went and terrible experiences. It is a Friday Night web site says open until midnight. I placed my order at the drive thru only to be told when I got to the window that the grill was in the middle of a cleaning cycle and could not make my order. I also noticed they had drink machine broken down so obviously getting ready to close 3 hours before closing time. As a former manager of restaurants I made sure we stayed open and ready to serve until the posted closing time.

After a few messed up orders, I actually called and spoke to the manager. The order I had the next time was fine, but todays was yet again messed up. Tired of losing an average of $2 per order on something not included or completely wrong sandwich wise. They cant seem to tell the difference between bacon and sausage at this place. As I warned the manager, I will no longer be stopping at this establishment. Its never even busy when I go, so there is no excuse at all for not getting it right. Just horrible customer service.

you never expect fine dining from BK but this location is truly awful... the ownership/management simply dont seem to put in any effort whatsoever... when ordering via drive thru they send you around the side even when theres nobody else waiting behind you and keep you waiting in the parking lot and then come out with cold food.... how is this possible? tried to go inside to order and couldnt believe this was a place where they prepare food. PLEASE RELIEVE THIS BK FROM THIS INCOMPETENT OWNERSHIP AND SALVAGE THIS LOCATION!

Ordered a grilled chicken burger and onion rings - the burger was cold - the onion rings were cold and soggy .... the clerk could barely speak English. Instead of a regular receipt, i got a duplicate receipt ... Now I have to check to see if she swiped my card twice. I stop at this store maybe once every 6 months ... now I remember why I dont eat here. Do not recommend - go next door to Duncan Donuts - better food - better service - and they all speak English

Very poor service. Weve been there 4 times every time hoping for good, but all the times food was terrible. Onion rings hard and cold, people are very rude, especially on drive thru... Never never i will go there again. I feel so sorry I ate there. I wouldnt give them even one star. They need new management and new serving people.

The drive through person gave me my chicken fries in a nuggets bag instead of the chicken fries box that you get at other locations. I was going to get the fries because of the bus but had I known they were gonna give me a bag I would have just gotten nuggets because theyre cheaper.

This BK has the worst customer service Ive ever been to. The employees are so rude. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for your food and for others who ordered after you to get theirs first. Your food will be cold and the bacon on your burger will be burnt.

They just cut their late drive through hours - only open until 11 pm last night (Saturday) instead of 1 am. I rolled in at 11:05 -bummer. Late night snack was about the only time i went since its 1/4 mile from my house. No reason to go now

I have eaten food from this Burger King twice, and shortly after was extremely sick with food poisoning symptoms each time.... so my mistake for eating there more than once. It was out of convenience but I wouldnt recommend it at all.

Two times now, they didnt put cheese in our 3 whoppers although charged 60 cents each for it. Found out too late after going home and sitting down to eat. Am I supposed to open the wrapper and check all the ingredients?
