Our friends told us this place was great. It was horrible. I havent had a bad roast beef sandwich in years. Actually, I cant remember having a lousy roast beef sandwich. But, these guys managed to mess it up. Almost no roast beef, stale lettuce and tomatoes, greasy cheese, and just generally a bad sandwich. And the positive reviews here seem to be written by a marketing team - dont you think?

I ate there today and on the way back to work from lunch I threw up "Exorcist" style while sitting at a light, luckily I managed to open my car door in time. I have thrown up at least half a dozen times since lunch. Now I get to spend all weekend with food poisoning. Thanks a bunch Potbelly!

Way better than subway. When I travel, there is one in B-gates in Dulles airport. Eat there. Its like a subway but with a great feeling, and the sandwiches are actually way better, though they cost more. I gotta agree with the whole "good vibes, great sandwiches"

The wreck is definitely the best sandwich I have had from any chain. The shakes are great too. The atmosphere is fun and casual with live music on a regular basis. Its good to get there before noon do avoid the big lunchtime rush.

The salads here are delicious, calorie data is provided on the menu, and the atmosphere at lunchtime is great. Sometimes or can be confusing coming through the line as to who is preparing the food, it is done well as quickly.

As with any restaurant in the immediate area, the parking is horrible. The restaurant is clean and quick and the staff have mostly been professional. Only once have they messed up an order but quickly corrected it.

Potbelly is chain sandwich shop - that offers both smaller and larger options for those that prefer that instead of the normal size. The menu at Potbelly is bit smaller than Subway but food quality is higher.
