I order from here all the time and I never have any issues with the food or the customer service. Yes, sometimes the food is better one day than an another, but you get that everywhere you go. Yes, sometimes you have to wait longer for your food than what you were initially told. They can get busy and sometimes they are short handed. Being in a customer service job myself, I get it. Its not a huge issue to me to wait an extra 10-15 min for my pizza to finish because theyre busy and short handed. Some of these reviews on here just tell you how the DMV area is - people here so so impatient and rude at times (I come from small town in Midwest where everyone knows everyone, is patient, polite, and is more than eager to lend a helping hand, unlike this area). Im not sure why this location has such bad reviews! I have never experience any negative experiences from this location that would make me not want to order from here. Yes. Sometimes things arent ideal, but you have to understand where the business is coming from. This is a great location. The food is good and they will always have my service. Refunds: I see some complain it takes 10 business days to get it. This is standard for ALL card returns no matter where you go. Expect it if you pay with a card and want a refund. Its not the retailers fault, its your bank and card company.

We ordered the food at 6:30pm, and were told a delivery time of 7:30. The food arrived cold at 8:30, with the wrong toppings. Management was not at all apologetic. We asked around and found out from a friend that when they went in personally to complain, the person working told them that management has stated that carry-out is first priority, and that delivery is last priority. Carry out customers buy the product and then leave, while delivery costs extra to run. So dont ever expect quality delivery, because this store hates you for wanting the service that they offer.

I ordered a Mountain Dew® 2 Liter from this location and I never received it. Every time I order from this location they mess up the order. The person at the location said the driver would be back with my drink but he never came back. I didnt mind when they gave me expired marinara sauce or when they gave me a burnt pizza. But this time they took my money and never gave me what I ordered. I guess there is a reason this location has a 2-star rating on Google reviews.

I dont normally write reviews, but I love Pizza hut pizza. So when I moved into the area I looked for the nearest one. This one is the closest to me. It is honestly the worst service I have ever recieved from a Pizza hut. Hugely inflated delivery times that have been completely unheard of at previous Pizza Huts, and often times getting them to anwser the phone is a challenge. Honestly Pizza hut needs to look at a change in management.

I placed an order online for pick-up and my food was ready before I got there (prior to the online "ready timer"). The toppings were plentiful (almost as if I had ordered extra!) and was nice, fresh, and hot! Ive ordered from this location a number of times; their wings are a little weak for my liking (this location seems to not tumble the sauce with them properly), but the pizza has always been made with care.

We ordered early on Sunday to beat the rush, still took quite a bit longer than the Web site estimated but it was still warm. Order was wrong. When we called the store the answer was basically "sorry but were kind of busy and if you want a new order it will be at least an hour maybe more". Offered credit toward my next order. Since this was already the "one more chance" order asked for money back.

I would like to file a complain from one of the workers here name is Mr. EDDIE. everytime I order over the phone he miss up the order and I have to wait again there more than 20 min to get my pizza. Finally today he tells me if Im not happy with him I shouldnt order at this shop. Im a fun of pizza hut and this is the only one close to my home. Dont know whom I should contact.

First time I ordered, they left out toppings. I called and they gave me a credit for next time. Fine. I called to use the credit, didnt use all of it and the employee said I had credit left over for next time. I go to use the rest of it a couple days ago, and the manager says the credit doesnt roll over. Do they even train their employees on policies?

Online order- took my money and then told me the wait was 1.5 hours! Regular order- not extensive or too customized. Called to cancel and they told me it would take 10 business days to return funds. The pizza better be hot when delivered. Never again- too many places to choose from to deal with such poor service.

Dang man....I really should have checked this before I ordered. I just ordered about 2 hours ago and the pizza arrived on time in all but when it got here it didnt look like it was done the box was was only like luke warm and it tasted a lil chewy. I wont be ordering from this pizza hut again!!!

This place is terrible! Called for my order and while I was ordering someone in the background was cursing and laughing by the phone at the person taking my order. Then they just hung up on me. When I went down to confront them the manager did nothing about it! This place is garbage. Stay away!

My son ordered a medium pizza and 12 pieces chicken wings since 5:30 and it is 8pm and we still have not received it. I called the store and an employee said they are short of drivers then he should have informed us. I cannot believe you have to wait for three hours. Time for bed.

Sometimes you just crave Pizza Hut. Just please dont crave it from this location. Worst service and the quality of pizza is equivalent to the new dog food topping they came out with. Please do yourself a favor and stick with papa johns, or hell... tombstone would be better.

Was a little skeptical to order pizza from this place after all of the negative reviews, but I decided to anyways since its closer to where I live and I was satisfied with the service. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes, check out was fast, and the pizza was good too.

Do not bother trying to pick up a pizza from this location. It took 15 minutes to be acknowledged and our pizza wasnt ready 20 minutes after the pick up time. Such a weird Pizza Hut, Ive never had such terrible customer service.

Ordered online was scheduled to deliver at 9:05 pm. Pizza finally arrived at 9:34 pm. 29 minutes late!!!!! Food was cold hard and not even what I ordered. Terrible terrible terrible location. No excuse you guys let me down.
