Where do I start? I was very excited to have a ramen spot in our neighborhood. With the recent trend of new ramen shops sprouting up all over the city we hoped it would offer at a minimum similar quality as the price would suggest. We called ahead to order a Shoyu and a Tonkatsu. I gave my name and the two guys working the register neither could find the order on their tiny notepad so they asked me what I ordered. Well I was told it wasnt ready. Fine, but it would have been nice to pay so I could just leave when it was ready but instead immediately started helping another guy. Coincidentally, they had to ask what he ordered too. No problem, new places have to work out the kinks. No ambiance or decor to speak of. Alright all of that can be improved. Both ramens were only marginally better than freeze dried Maruchan (give me store bought Nong Shim any day over either of these). Soup was uninspired and lacked any real defining flavor. All the sesame oil and togarashi couldnt save these. The trend of expensive ramen while being a simple comfort food is fine so long as you have the broth and noodles to back it up. The noodles were gross and starchy. Ive never once seen my wife not finish a ramen. We wont be going back.

Im sorry to say that this is not real ramen. I really wanted to like this place but Its not authentic at all. First of all, the restaurant cant even spell tonkotsu right. And, if you cant spell the name of the soup base, you probably cant make it either. The regular tonkotsu broth was very bland and severely under-salted and clearly this is not broth that has was cooked for a long time in order to extract the sweet pork bone essence. Ramen is usually served with a soy egg but here, they have chosen to serve it with a poached or soft boiled egg and the usual ramen condiments are also not legit. I really hope a good ramen place opens up in Colorado soon. If people think this ramen is good, wait til they try the real thing

Open during the snowstorm! Many people were getting take out. We had the 2 pork belly buns for the appetizer, which I would highly suggest and would get again ($2 off during happy hour). I had the yaki udon with chicken. It was enough for 2 meals, so I have leftovers. I had a thai iced tea, which was perfect and I would get again. My boyfriend had the creamy spicy ramen, which was very yummy. Service was great as well. Cute interior. Good portions for the price.

I come here often and always get the same thing. The prices always bum me out but if you order the fried rice youll have food for days so I suppose its alright. Pork buns are great! Staff is friendly. I think in terms of the space they have done a good job with what they had to work with. Good neighborhood gem only 3 minutes from my house! Would recommend but be prepared to spend a pretty penny for a appetizer and entree for one.

Called Corner Ramen and asked if they were open. Just in case they were closed for inclement weather. They were open! Woot! First time here, got the pork belly bun from the happy hour menu and creamy spicy ramen. They were both delicious. Ramen was 13$ and pork belly buns was 6$. The meal enough to eat half and take half home. Would recommend.

I order this from GrubHub and they pack it very well. Its super tasty. The ramen and broth come separate so the noodles dont get mushy during travel. If you save some of the broth you can mix it over nashiki or Jasmine rice with a friend egg the next day for a super tasty breakfast/brunch. This only works with to go or delivery though.

We Loved it. Shared the burger and was one of the best Ive had and the bun made out of noodles a great twist. The chicken appetizer was superb along with the dipping sauce. Plenty of food sharing these two items.

The eggs Benedict in particular was incredible. The way the hollandaise perfectly complimented the biscuits flake made the dish. Would recommend.
