Okay, I love Chick-fil-A as much as the next person but something super shady happened to me at this location. I placed a mobile order as usual, with curb side pick up. As I got within a mile of the store the app asked me to "check in my meal" (this is when they charge you and begin to prepare it). I checked in my meal and was charged. When I arrived it became immediately apparent that they were closed on a Tuesday morning. I wrote an email to Chick-fil-A, they gave me a report number and said they reached out to the local store. I go to the local store on Wednesday (because Im addicted) and think I may be able to resolve it while I am there. I could not. The owners wife Susan Kim told me that I need to call an 800 number to speak to "headquarters" for refunds. It was just such a weird, unhelpful, un-ChickfilA way to handle the entire thing I was shocked. The owners wife said she would ring up the entire order for free but I didnt need the entire order this time, Tuesday I ordered for 3 people, now I am eating for one. So she said "I cant do anything, call 800 number". I paid for my Wednesday meal and now I doubt Ill ever be reimbursed for the money they charged me while they were closed.

Im always impressed with how FAST it is when you go inside. The line for the drive-thru is always backed up onto Sunset Hills to the point of being dangerous on that corner making a right into the drive-thru, and takes like 10 minutes, often with you having to go park so they can bring it out to you. Inside tho? I started timing it the 3rd time I went because it has to set some kind of record - they have NEVER taken longer than 45 seconds for me to get from the end of the line (5 people long) up to ordering. And getting the food? 1 minute 25 seconds wait, and theyre so polite! I go there now just because I get such a good feeling going! :P Always clean, efficient, thoughtful - staff actually come up to you pro-actively and ask if youd like your drink re-filled if you eat there (or you can go up and ask them and they will). That just doesnt happen anywhere else but a restaurant. Glad I got to write a review for them - the best place to eat. The food itself, by the way, is just like any chik-fil-et you might go to, nothing special there. Always hot and exactly as expected. Its the speed and upbeat vibe inside that makes this place stand out :)

I eat here frequently throughout the work week and sometimes weekends. I would rate the Chik fil A staff with 5 stars. They are friendly, dedicated to great customer service, and produce satisfactory product 9 times out of 10. The staff is genuinely helpful...rare to see an employee on the floor at a fast food restaurant come by your table and ask if you need a re-fill or anything else. Improves the overall experience tremendously. This will always be my go to Chik-fil-a while living in this area. Holding back on 5 stars only because the poor staff is massively overworked due to the popularity and central location of this restaurant. Around 12-12:30 the parking lot becomes completely swamped as people aggressively try to maneuver and get their chicken ahead of everyone else. They need a much better parking lot setup. If it were up to me, they should knock down and then combine Chik-fil-a with the nearby Potbelly and Chipotle into one large food court building. And expand the parking lot to accomodate the massive rush they get every day. (Obviously thats a little aggressive, but hey, in a perfect world right?)

Went inside during heavy rain to a valid a horribly long drive through line. Waited way more than what I would have have to wait to get my order in drive through line while everyone else was coming in and pick up their order fairly quick. Finally the employer that took my order originally felt bad for me and after checking with back the best explanation he could come up was that someone has taken my food eve though they usually call your name before handing your food. All the female manager could do was to say sorry. I had got free sandwich coupon from warrenton chick fillet for much less inconvinience mixed up order

This is our community CFA. It is the only drive-through restaurant we eat at. They recently renovated the interior and now have a two-lane drive-through. I love the Tuesday night family nights! There are always fun activities for the kids such as face painting, balloon animals, puppet shows, etc. Plus the kids get a free scoop of ice cream with the ice cream bar. The food is always great with good portion sizes. The staff are always friendly. It is nice to see the restaurant owner taking and filling orders, just truly leading by example.

I tend to go to places where I get good service and good food. This place meets both quite well. I am always taken a back by how nice everyone at Chick-fil-A is. On many of my visits I have seen numerous officers from surrounding precincts there eating which is also a good sign. This location recently went under a massive re-build. It now caters to two drive through lines and a reorganized seating area. They still run fun family events there as well. Aside from a poor traffic flow (related to surrounding businesses) this is a great place to go.

Wow, great experience at this restaurant! Fast food doesnt sit well with me on most days, but today I took my low expectations to this fine establishment. As soon as I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by the nicest young, light skinned black male. From there, this young man treated me to the finest of services giving me not only a fantastic meal, but also a good time in general. Would come again <3.

This place has the best service and the food tastes amazing. Not to mention the staff is super polite, the customer service is out of this world. I went there and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, this young light skinned black gentleman brought my food to my table and was super energetic and felt like he really enjoyed working there. I highly recommend this chic fil a.

I visit Chick-fil-A several times a week and this CFA in Reston has very polite staff. I love the food, its always hot and fresh. In my opinion, Chick-fil-A milkshakes CANNOT be beaten by anyone else. Cookies n Cream is my regular flavor! Thank you Anthony for your awesome customer service today!! I appreciate being made felt like Im #1!!!

Lunch and dinner here is okay. I go here for the breakfast though. Their burritos now have hash browns in them. Which reminds me of my favorite fast food place to eat breakfast. The Honey Mustard Sauce from Chik-fil-a is truly the best. The service at this Reston, VA location has been great.

Staff was super friendly as at all Chic-fil-A locations. Found it upsetting that people waiting in line for breakfast didnt get to order. Once it turned 10:30 on the dot, perils were told it was lunch time. Luckily I was last to get breakfast but the lady behind me went ballistic.

The staff is extremely nice but their recent renovations have really made this location much less family friendly. There is no longer an indoor playground or location for a large group to sit. It feels like there is a lot less seating. It is hard to navigate a stroller around.
