Wow they suck. The have messed up every order I have ever made. The pizza was dry even when I asked for extra sauce. When they replaced my order they asked for the uneaten pizza in return.(i didnt want it anyway but I have never seen a company do that before) Whoever is taking the orders doesnt know what they are doing. I made them repeat the order twice and they still got it wrong. Unbelievable. If you want the best Pizza Hut go to the one on Washington Avenue in Belleville.

Used to get pizza here all the time, loved the thin crust veggie lovers one, but found a hair on my last purchase, I called to let them know, and they made me come get a new one instead of delivering it to me, not to mention the girls were extremely rude and couldnt even apologize, and the manager Maria was not professional, and is it ok to be walking around with your hair down while youre serving food to customers? just GROSS... NEVER AGAIN.

I called in an order and sent my GF to pick it up. When she got there they said no order had been placed. I called up and spoke with the manager and told him I would still like the order but please deliver it because I dont want to drive up there again. He was unwilling to waive the delivery charge which I think is ridiculous. I submitted a formal complaint to Pizza Hut lets see how there customer service is.

Kearny pizza Hut it the worst....every time I try to give them another chance I regret it more then the last. When I have the food delivered it is always cold, they always forget something, the food quality is always bad. They really should just close this location down.

They dont honor the deals as advertised on tv. I saw a commercial for $10 any pizza and called for pick up. I was told that they dont have that offer and it was $25 for a single hawaiian pizza. That is 2 and a 1/2 times the advertised price.

Ordered there twice.both times they failed to bring all of my order.they love it when you order specialty items.they make you a basic pizza & pocket the difference in the costs.pay attention they want bring you a receipt either

Ordered a dinner box. The delivery guy shows up more than an hour later with cold food. Im not talking lukewarm-- ice cold. On top of that everything tasted like the glaze on the cinnamon sticks. Never ordering again.
