The food is great, but some of the Qdoba employees, specifically a female, she referred to her job as working at el putos. The manager was there, and he told her in Spanish not to speak that way infront of the customers; but one who doesnt appreciate their job of course doesnt care! Not only did she carelessly break the burrito skin twice, she plain states she dont care. Management and employees need change!!!! Makes the image for Qdoba horrible if you dont like where you work, then work else where! I dont want my food being made by someone who doesnt care for their job! Made my food horrible, and the manager had to take over! The manager knows who the person I am referring to! Shame on your establishment!

If youre a fan of Chipotle, I think youll enjoy Qdoba. They serve burritos, tacos, soup, and anything youd find in either a taco bell, but a bit fancier. Generally when I go, I get a Naked Burrito with Chicken or Pulled Pork. Taste, very good and filling. Its made fresh, the ingredients, sauce and everything is always replaced and kept warm. If youre a spice person, I wouldnt really recommend it. I love spice, but even their spiciest sauce and hot sauce OTC isnt hot, at least its not to me. If youre looking for something cheap, tasty, gassy, I would recommend this place. The decor inside is very nice, cool, and dark. Its a nice place to sit down, and very hygiene friendly.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL MY GUACAMOLE LOVERS!!!! Dont eat their food as a former employee I have first hand knowledge of the foolishness these managers are doing in that store. I found a small roach in the guacamole and brought it to the attention of the manager. Rather than throwing it out she decided to scoop the roach out the guacamole and then proceeded to place it back in its designated area for consumption. Another time I caught one of my former co-workers double dipping in the salsa sauce. The steak is almost always undercooked.

Qdoba is one of our go-to vendors for office catering. However, my visit to this Queens-based location was disappointing. I hadnt realized I would be nickle & dimed for certain things. Adding queso? That costs extra, but this detail wasnt mentioned during burrito creation process. Not satisfied with the amount of beans? This will also cost extra. And paying for more beans is something Ive never encountered in any of the Chipotle chains. Youd think with all the add-ons this would have been a super tasty burrito. Not the case. At all.

The food is very fresh and flavorful. It is a chain, fast food style restaurant so you cant expect a fine dining experience. Yet, staff seem to change very often, which makes entire experience quite inconsistent. Sometimes you get really nice burrito stuffed with so much of the ingredients that its hard to roll, and sometimes its considerably much smaller. Be ready to stand on a long line in the evening, but only because the food here is very, very delicious.

So good, I love that optional guacamole is included with all dishes at no extra cost. They have those touchscreen fountain soda machines with infinite combinations of drinks. The staff is friendly and polite. The only bad part is if you get there during peak hours be prepared to wait a long time and the seating is sort of limited. College kids line up to eat here religiously. Sign up for their rewards for their occasional free meals and appetizers.

Good food. Very long wait about 20 minutes when we showed up sunday evening around 5pm. Clean inside, bathroom was working & not dirty. Tables can fit good size of groups from 2 or connected high top tables to 20 people. Fountain beverage machine has a great selection of drinks. Very popular local place with a good reputation.

This Qdoba is located in a great location, and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend the Taco Salad and the Quesadillas. Has ample seating. Outdoor seating in the summer but it gets windy. Indoor is pretty cold sometimes in the winter, but nevertheless, the food is awesome! R

Food is excellent and the place itself is nice and clean, but almost too popular for its own good. Its right in between two high schools and a college, so its best to go around midday or late afternoon when the lines arent as long. Also, they dont deliver, only take out.

neat place to hangout when youre waiting for the movie to start around the corner. You can have some snack while you wait for that movie to start in the AMC near by since it is quite a wait sometime. One of the only few places to hang out around there

Best food ever. I was craving a taco bowl with shrimp. Finally came here. It was the best thing invited. There meat is delicious!!! Came 2 days in a row lol. I dont know what these people are talking about lines. No line outside the door.

I stated to visit Qdoba around two years ago and from that point, it has been my favorite fast food place ever. The food is good and filling, the employees are nice. The price is bit high and that is the reason why I do not go there all the time.

Delicious food but very skimpy, you have to watch them and ask if you want extra. Funny how if you dont want something that comes with your order threw is no "credit" but if you want a lil more of something they charge you for it....

Enjoyable atmosphere. Food was alright, and the wait wasnt that long. The seating ranges from indoor to outdoor, and have various seating arrangements so any group or individual can find his/her sweet spot. Would come again.

Good food and decent portions. I usually end up going here during their rush hours so its usually crowded and seats are hard to come by, even with their extra outdoor seating. The service is generally fast and friendly.

Food is not bad, but customer service is horrible. Seems like the workers are choosing how they want to make your food not the customer. And the manager is stuck up and cares more about his business than the customers!!

Very crowded during lunchtimes during the weekdays due to all the kids that come here for lunch. But even with that crowd, the staff serves everyone quickly and efficiently. Love this place and guacamole is NOT extra!!

Everything is flavorful and tasty. You dont have to pay extra for guacamole unlike chipotle. The prices are cheaper and Its an awesome place to eat. If you like chipotle like things then youll definitely love Qdoba.

The food is really good, better to me than Chipotle. The lines at times tend to be long but they move at a reasonable pace. They have several different meat selections which is a plus and the guacamole is great.

Really good and fast Mexican food. Only 4/5 STARS BC the wait time on line was so long. They ran out of steak. The place is really busy so I would trust them for always having fresh food.

The food is always satisfying. You will most likely wait in line. Dont be surprised or put off, it does move quickly. I have always been served a very large, fresh tasting burrito.
