Recently I took two people to have dinner at Panera Bread. We ordered at the electronics kiosks, which was fun, but a little more difficult than we expected. However, the kiosks are flexible and with a little practice they allow a customer to enter a customized meal. We will be using them next time. The whole sandwiches are large. They are more like two regular sandwiches (4 slices of bread loaded with food). My wife and I split a whole sandwich. It was well made and the food was fresh. My friend ordered a bowl of squash soup. He reported that he would order it again. All in all a good meal and a place to return to.

Went there to pick up a box of bagels and coffee for a meeting. Very limited selection of bagels for a store of this type. Made mistakes on the charge, despite two attempts to correct it. Not the cashiers fault - just needs better training to follow whats on the menu. No attempt to ask me if I needed napkins, knife, cream, or sugar with my order. Had to ask to get a bag, and ended up without any cream. I suppose I am being too finicky, but low tolerance when getting late for a meeting, and with these things becoming a norm at the competition.

Came in for lunch, service was fast, and the employees had good attitudes. My only issue was the way my Chicken Avocado Sandwich was prepared. The avocado was a whole quarter of an avacado and pushed all the chicken out of the sandwich. The bacon was all piled up in one spot so I ate half my bacon in the first bite. The sandwich had all the right ingredients, just not the right preparation. My gfs soup and salad however were perfect, so if I could Id only dock half a star.

Come early for breakfast if you want bagels. They fly off the shelf fast at this particular location. The service seems a bit slow in the morning too despite having only a two people in line. My order was a Chocolate Chip Bagel with Cream Cheese and a hot chocolate. I love the hot chocolate here. The bagel was okay, but was my consolation for them not having any more plain bagels for me to use with a sausage, egg, and cheese combo.

We used Panera for our catering service with a only a limited time for notice. I have to say the staff delivered more then what we expected. Andrew the manager there made sure the food was delivered on time. actually 15 min earlier then when they said they would and was done preparing by they time we need it. cant thank Andrew and theyre staff for theyre excellent customer service. Thank you guys!

Not sure why the other reviewer here had such a bad experience. I go here all the time with friends and am always met with the same great service you would expect from Panera; it was no different than any other Panera I have been to. The food was fine, the restaurant was clean, and the employees were friendly. I recommend this restaurant!

I come here about 1x a week hoping the service will get better and each time it fails me. I ask for no pickles on my sandwich and of course it always comes with one and then this morning to top it all off they gave me the wrong bagel. I order cinnamon raisin and they gave me sesame. I wont be coming here anymore.

The AC was broken, bread we were given was stale (even the croutons in the salads were stale), the food was slipped together, and there was brown lettuce in the salads. This location is atrocious! Drive over to the Elden Street location if you need a Panera fix....at least the food will be edible.

I usually like Panera Bread. This place sucked big time!! All they had to do is heat the food and give it to us. Maybe we went during the evening hours close to closing. The soup was semi solid and freaking hot sandwich was cold. DO NOT recommend this place. I hate this place.

To-go service here is hit or miss. Ive called my order in 20 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait once I arrived (when they told me it would be 10-15 minutes). The lunchtime line is always out the door - make sure to go at the non lunch-rush time if you dont want to wait!

Not commenting about the food because its a chain restaurant. Out of the 6 times or so Ive eaten here the buzzer they give you has failed to buzz when my order was finished. This hasnt happened at other Paneras before. Otherwise they are accomodating to requests.

Food as good as any other locale, but the rift raft coming in off street and using wifi and outlets, not good. Several young men observed as cruising the parking lot and back and fourth on the street. Area needs cleaned up.
