I have no idea if my experience was an exception, given other good reviews. I work in the shopping center and wanted a quick and yummy lunch, and had been to a noodles and company in the past and loved it. This one, I have no idea what happened, handed me a to go box full of macaroni noodles with a small handful of shredded cheese on top? And called it mac and cheese. I tried to finish the meal but it was honestly so disappointing I ended up eating from the vending machine at my work because lukewarm noodles with no sauce or topping was just really depressing. I only get 30 minutes to find a place to eat during my 8/9 hour shifts. Im not sure if Ill give this location a second chance.

Went in here because my girlfriend because we hadnt been to a Noodles in a while and was not disappointed. The staff was helpful and friendly, going so far as to ask if we needed help while looking at the menu, and checked on us throughout the meal, I think my empty bowl was on the table for almost a minute before it was picked up. This is probably one of the best Noodles & Company locations Ive found in the area and well worth the extra 10 minute drive. To the Fairfax location: the bar has been raised.

Ive come here several times, compelled to give it another chance with a different dish because I love the concept. Each time, the dish is so bland and the noodles so dry, I cant recommend this place to anyone. One of the wraps was good, but they need to improve their core noodle dishes!

Had a great experience at this Noodle & Co. We arrived for dinner one evening to discover that the menu had been changed and our childs favorite item had beee removed. The manager went above and beyond to make sure he had something he could eat. They were great!

Food was ok. Got charged for the wrong drinks as well as an extra drink that we didnt order or receive. When we tried to get it corrected, we still didnt get the correct refund and eventually gave up and left.....we wont be returning.

3rd time I visited the location and there is always something missing on my order, this time I ordered bacon on my pesto bowl, they charged for it , I came home to eat and there isnt any bacon on my bowl. Dissatisfied!

Fast service but just okay macaroni and cheese; cheese was watery and pasta was bland. I also tried the spicy korean noodles but it was soppy and flavorless.
