Pésimo servicio, se solicito al mesero sugerencia de una hamburguesa grande, nos sugirió en la carta cuál podríamos pedir.... Se le dijo el termino de la carne porque no preguntó. Terrible la espera de casi una hora, por fin llegan las hamburguesas y fatal nos traen una una hamburguesa pequeña o mejor la sugerencia del mesero fue hamburguesa para niños, habiendo solicitado recomendación de hamburguesa doble. Adicional a esto, solicitamos más jugo de naranja, algo q jamás llegó. Para el colmo llega la Manager o Supervisora y nos pregunta si todo estaba bien, se dió cuenta del problema o del error del mesero y nos ofrece papás fritas para remediar el problema!!! Y no obstante terminamos pagando la cuenta y los dobles jugos de naranja. Y para pagar la cuenta y no tener que esperar otra hora, me toca enojada solicitar que reciban el pago. En fin, pésimo servicio, pésimo conocimiento del mesero y que falta de atención de la administradora o Supervisora.

If I could give no stars I would! Yesterday I went to the location in Falls church VA. I had a terrible experience! The waiter was wonderful but the food was terrible! I got the ghost pepper burger and specified no fresh jalapeños but I did want the fried ones. Thats the only reason I got the burger cause I love fried jalapeños. The burger I got had about 2.5 inches in length worth of lettuce, and NO fried jalapeños. I complained and was brought a small black cup of cold fried "jalapeños" I was hungry so said screw it. Put them on the burger and took a bite. Between tending to my one year old and feeding her, and eating I kept tasting something sweet. About 3/4 into the burger I noticed something bright red when I looked down. When I pulled it out I realized it was my "fried jalapeños" I was given. They were actually just coined RED SWEET PEPPERS! Battered and barely fried at that. I asked to speak with the kitchen manager and find out why this burger was so messed up and what in the world was I given!? She told me they come pre battered and fried and they just flash fry them, and she will have someone check the bag they came in to find out why I had been served red peppers. I even showed her evidence of what I had been given and told her I knew it was a sweet pepper cause I cook daily at my home! Very disappointed in the food. I have tried to go back to this location about 3 other times and every time the wait staff is great but the food just falls way under for me. Definitely do not plan on returning.

Hit or miss with this place. My partner and I went once before and were seated right away, food was good, drinks were good. Tonight, we went and the hostess was not at the front. Us and 2 other couples were just standing there looking around for the hostess. After about 5-10 minutes, she came to seat us. Ok...its fine, they were busy on a Wednesday. Good. We sit and order drinks, the drinks and 7 day a week specials are always good. The bartender is great, I just wish he didnt call me a lady but, some people dont understand gender identity. Fine. The food this time was ehhh...they were busy so their bottomless steak fries turn into fries that are clearly not fresh. They probably mass produce to keep up. Not crispy, not hot. Caesar salad unimpressive . Burger with huge chunks of blue cheese that overwhelmed the burger, no balance, we couldnt even taste the beef. No attention paid to making a delicious burger. I think its because they were busy. I wont be back, but take the kids and have a cheap mediocre meal. For a date night, go to Big Buns on Wilson. Get your girl a gourmet burger. If shes willing to go to a burger joint on a date, shes a keeper.

First, my wife and I got there. Got a table, server came, ordered drinks and food at the same time. I said i wanted something big, he said they have double burger and pick one, my wife picked the same. I wanted all the toppings. Then I remembered we didnt tell him about the doneness of our meat, went to him and let him know that we wanted "medium" the burgers. Its was for lunch it wasnt busy. It took a very long time to get our burgers.. Finally got them. Well done(doneness of meat) dry, only lettuce and tomatoes and a tiny burger..( it was a kid burger). Then asked for my pickles and onions and i got them when i finished my burger. Manager came checking how we were doing. Told her what happened and offer me make another burger(I was starving).. I said no, it would take them another 20 mins for a burger. And offered more fries..we said no. It was obvious we were not happy. I work in the hospitality industry and I was hoping that at least they didnt charged us for at least one burger. But nope!! SLOW SERVICE, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT FOOD AND SERVICE!

Good burgers, and the Tortilla soup was tasty. Service was not great. We walked in at 4:10 pm to an empty host desk. We saw and were in clear view of four (4) employees sitting at various tables who look up at me--but no one moved. I almost left right then but curiosity got the better of me so I waited. Nothing for almost three minutes... I walked into the bar and was immediately greeted and seated by Rod, the bartender. He was quick, courteous and responsive. Our burgers came out within 10 minutes and were good. The only complaint I have about the food was with the sweet potato fries ( an up charge side). They were cold, limp and greasy. Rod quickly remedied this with a fresh, order from the kitchen when I complained (still, suggests an apathy for standards from kitchen). Overall, the service and cleanliness in the bar were okay. Just wish they would dust the beer bottle see lighting, improve attitude towards patrons, and apply "steps and standards of service" well.

Came here yesterday for my birthday cause I love Red Robin, and to use my reward free burger. Has been a favorite restaurant of mine for ages now, especially with the fact of growing up on the west coast. Had a server by the name of Abdou (hope im spelling that right). The guy was the nicest person ever. Was really chill and patient and always came by to check on me. The burger too was extremely well made, and is honestly one of the best burgers I have had in a while. All in all I felt very welcomed, especially since I dont know many people in the area, leaving me to eat there alone. I have to say Abdou made the day just a little bit better. Only issue I noticed was since I got there at 9pm (closing at 10pm) that the hostess seemed to have checked out for the night shortly after I got there, leaving the pretty busy servers to have to try and manage both tasks. All in all was a good experience though. Wish I had had more cash on me so I could have tipped more cause it was so nice.

I have been to this restaurant pretty ftrquently where I have consistently had good and fast service. Not this time!! We arrived at 3:45 when there were few patrons. We have eaten there numerous times around this time and always got our food quickly. This time it took almost a half hour; and all the while we were watching the few other tables order seconds and other refills and getting their food quickly. As we were eating, the waitress took our tables remote payment device without explanation and then disappear. We finally went to the front to request the device, and only then did our waitress appear and explain that she was having difficulty getting it to work. So we paid the old fashioned way, but it took more time than was necessary. We were under a major time constraint when we came to the restaurant so these delays were not helpful. Frankly the whole experience was not good and we will not be rushing to return to the restaurant!!
