The service here is horrible. Im not writing this after one visit. Ive been here at least five times hoping each time it got better but no such luck. Some of the wait staff is way too aggressive hovering over your table for no reason, giving check from other tables, serving food to you that other guests order, etc. Then you have those who dont pay you any attention AT ALL and when you call to them not only do they act as if theyre doing you a favor but they maintained somewhat of an attitude throughout the process. The food is not very flavorful and no time that Ive been there has my order come out complete. Each time Ive had to request whatever items were missing more than twice. At Best of sushi is good. I wouldnt go out of my way to go there nor would I necessarily recommend a friend unless it was a quick fairly inexpensive Neil they were looking for. We ask for lemon slices to add to our water in the waitress actually walk over with one slice of lemon and kindly set it on the table and walked away before we could ask for more. After not being able to get her attention for over 10 minutes I asked the manager for some slices and he gladly gave us more than we could use. He also seemed to notice her lack of attention to us and a few other tables and did his best to make up for it which I appreciate it.

You know how words cant express What you mean to say but DAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Im Going back...their food was good. You have to go and experience it your self Its worth it. And then you can say What you want to say about the food. Oh yeah did i mentioned that the price is good? Yeah it is. Now the staff nembers well? Lets just say Im not there for them but i found 3 that are air heads. (JUST DONT OVER DO IT OR YOU WILL GET CHARGE FOR IT) in other words dont eat with your eyes. There is a policy. However you can take the left over home. I was here 4wks ago and Im Going back today. Yes i know about the mix reviews but to know the truth you have to witness that your self. As far for the bar cant comment on that. But i will today. (Ok Im back did not tried the bar but the food was good.)

I give Shangerila 4 stars based on their food. My boyfriend and I go here religiously and it is never a disappointment. For appetizers we always get 2 orders of Gyoza, theyre so addicting! The noodles in the Chicken Pad Thai on various occasions has come out a bit dry on the top which would be my only complaint. The Mongolian Beef bento box is definitely the way to do it. My favorite dish since is comes with everything. I wish it was possible to rate the food and customer service separately. The customer service here is definitely 3 stars max. They take forever to take your order and some waiters are not attentive as they should be. I would suggest take-out or delivery.

When me and my date came here the whole resturant was empty (red flag) the service was severely rude , one of the servers looked me down when i asked for another drink and didnt finish my first . me and my date were trying to enjoy the rest of our night and the server was pushing the fact she wanted us out by bringing us the check before we asked for it and repeatidly coming back to see if we were ready to leave after 3 times of telling her we werent ready to leave ....Prices are poorly displayed and food wasnt as good as if it had been refrigerated prior to...would not reccomend going back here ....

I have eaten here multiple times and must admit Ive enjoyed their food.But, I will no longer visit this establishment. If you havent noticed, this establishment has a parking lot around the corner on Edison Ave. They have a tendency to put their garbage out on the side , at the entrance of their lot; now they are setting up metal traps by the garbage; this practice of setting up traps, I have noticed intermittently.Makes you wonder what their cooking up in their kitchen. This may be something they practice in their country, but honestly, this is skeevy..

Had the worst experience in my life . me and my friend order two separate order of sushi she received her six order of sushi yet it was over a half hour since my friend received her meal and I still was waiting when I ask the waitress the waitress was very unprofessional claim to be a manager when she wasnt and when the manager did finally arrive to resolve the issues it was too late . at the end of the day it may have the best food yet the worker give it a reason not to go back or recommend this place ever to any of my friend.

Upon walking in, it was empty. the only other thing occupying the place at the time were their bad attitudes. The food I ordered wasnt nearly on par with other establishments and the service and attitude of the Server was dreadful; the looks and subtle tones of implications in their voices were enough to sour the mood. Even though my friend and I were there for nearly 2 hours, not another person came near the place. I got the hint and so should you. Try to avoid this place and find a place with actual Japanese management.

Marilyn is right. I went here multiple times and this last time was my last. Great tasting sushi until the very end when we glanced at the floor and noticed a creature.. yes a mouse running freely from booth to booth. Disgusting and then when we tell the guy behind the counter, hes super casual and just acts like nothing is wrong. A for sanitary is bullsh**.

Came on recomendation of a person who eats here regularly...food was good. ...5 adults 1 child. 8 rolls ordered. Adults had5 pieces left .child had 5 pieces left. Spent $211. We were charged $5 extra for waste.. Made a point of telling them how petty that was. Child was 9 years old but charged as adult.

I do not recommend the all-you-can-eat sushi. They use ground fish instead of freshly sliced pieces of fish. They also delay subsequent orders. The bill was $89 and change for two (2) adults All-you-can-eat sushi and one (1) cup of tea. The bill also included fee for left overs which are charged per pound.

I absolutely love this place. I always go here for celebrations and even just days to enjoy the food. I love the sushi buffet they have. I try to gather friends and order lots of sushi just to get the huge boat. Its the absolute best! I love the service and the food. This is my sanctuary! <3

Was at first discouraged due to the reviews but went anyway. Besides only its the only place close by that serves bubble tea. The server Vladimir was attentive and when I asked about gluten free options he went to back and confirmed everything. Food was great, service great. Will be back!

Best food on Earth at a great value if you do the all you can eat. The service is horrendous at times, but the food is so great that it outshines the poor service and sometimes poor attitude. 5 stars even with the bad service. Now thats saying something about how good their food is.
