My name is Noah, Im 23 yrs old, and I had a horrible experience at the Pizza Hut on Main Rd on 8/15/2015. I ordered carry out via their mobile app and because I am in a wheelchair, I had my younger brother go pick up the pizza for us and pay with my debit card. When my brother got their, Pizza Hut at that point decided to convey to him that they do not accept debit cards. I called there immediately while my brother wait in the parking lot and spoke with the manager and I feel Sherry, said manager, was very rude with me. The manager stated that it was well advertised that they do not accept debit and proceeded to rattle off the nearest ATMs and stated that she couldnt see why it would really be a problem for us just to drive to an ATM to retrieve some cash. Needless to say, my brother did not go to an ATM. I double checked the mobile website and their mobile App Store app and I found that no where did it state that they only accept cash or credit. I suggest a revised marketing strategy and more training for that locations staff.

The other day on 10/19/2015 myself and some friends thought it would be fun to visit this Pizza Hut Location, We stopped in for lunch as where being seated to out table you could just see how the place is starting to fall apart, It was worse than the Pizza Hut that used to be I Millville nj be for they ripped it down, So aside from that I was still wiling to give them a chance, I noticed that the staff seemed very unhappy doing there jobs. The servers were unfriendly and did not even bothering a refill for a table of 4. The cook on duty this day did a real poor job keeping the lunch buffet filled and stocked with hot fresh food, It was like eating 3 old Pizza with almost no toppings. I felt like walking out the door saying good bye, But I just ended up paying the bill leaving, This Pizza hut either needs to shut its doors or sell out to another franchise,

Just ordered 2 orders of breadsticks and medium supreme...pizza was good breadsticks were like baseball bats...way too long in the oven...and that is my favorite food from pizza hut, they just ruined it wont be going back when you pay $10.00 for 10 breadsticks you dont expect them to send garbage ate three cause i was hungry threw 7 out should really call and get a refund but Ill just never go back instead! 9/11/16 9pm

i called this location 15 minutes after my order was supposed to get here and they said it was on the way. I called back fifteen minutes later and they said they "tried calling but the phone number was wrong." when I went back to the email, the phone was correct. long story short it has been an hour and fifteen minutes and Im sitting here with no pizza and no missed calls on my phone.

Dirty and Waitress need Major training. Food was disgusting. Never had a problem until tonight Sales bar low or empty and pizza wasnt cooked correctly. Drinks came after sales bar Pizza and second turn of sales bar and still empty.. Never got refills.

Never had a bad experience here. Ive bee going my whole life, its always good, and the service is always on point. Salad bar is sub-par, and the lettuce isnt very fresh, but the pizza buffet and pizza made to order is always good.

I dont know who makes the pizza and cookie pie on the weekends but this is by far the best Pizza Hut I have ever had! Cheese is perfectly melted on breadsticks the cookie pie is nice and soft and delivery is quick!

This is a really fancy pizza hut. Is very homey. Great decor. Really brings you back to a better time where fun and family are important. The waiter was extremely accomadating and food was deliciousn
