If I could give them zero stars I would. Ive been here multiple times. Every single time has been a total disaster. I walked in on a Sunday evening and shortly after I order this young girl walks in and starts talking to the cooks and the manager about getting off (its only 7:10 PM, they dont close until 8PM) because they were "dead". Rude and ignorant employees making mediocre food, arguing with you about the quality of the food and the service. It is by far THE WORST burger place in the area. I came here before and they gave me 3 burnt burgers with all the toppings missing, fries and drinks. Almost $45 for this garbage? When I got home I realized that everything was missing and that the burgers were burnt. By then it was too late to turn around so I called the manager to place a complain. He told me that he would write my name in a "customers complaint book" and that my next meal was on them. Im here today and its no different. The 2 African American cooks arguing with us (virtually yelling at us) on how long ago it was and who we talked to. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a Wellington. One of the cooks yells at us arguing that he knows what hes doing. Well, he sure as hell didnt. I saw how the other larger cook pulled out an extra patty and placed it on the grill. Yes, its a Wellington and a double cheeseburger. If he could do the math, he would know that a double 2 patties plus a Wellington 1 party equals 3 patties and NOT 2 which is what you had on the grill!!!! (No one before us and no one after us. Cant even say they were for somebody else) The manager (male, white, brunette, tall, young late 20s) comes out and tells me that the person who I spoke to was either him or some other girl because they are the only managers. Well, then he must have alzhairmers because he mustve been the person who told me that over the phone. Anyways. This is my food sitting right In front of me. I wouldnt even feed This to my dog! To the owner of this dump: Dear Maam/Sir, You need to fire your whole staff. Your cooks are idiots and they are belligerent. Your manager is senile (cant remember what he says to people on the phone) and a complete Moron who knows nothing about serving a good burger. You will loose your whole clientele because your fast food joint is run by idiots. NEVER AGAIN!

FYI Im not using my real name for security reasons. Only came here bc a friend recommend their burger to me, but boy do I regret coming here. It took well over 40 mins to receive my burger and if I didnt make my way to the cashier after 30 mins then who knows how long I was going to wait. My whole experience was horrible from beginning to end. First I had to basically scream at the cashier bc he said it was to loud(this is bc they are literally cooking burgers right behind him). You can see how the cooks press down on the meat with their spatula to cook it "faster", not knowing thats a big no-no. I noticed other people before me getting up to complain about wait time as well. Only credit I will give them is that they did try to offer me a free burger on my next visit....Thanks but no thanks. I Will never step another foot inside this dirty place(tables were disgusting, trash on the floor)

The good: really good tasting flame grilled patty. The bad: I ordered 3 burgers for friends. The order person said, "what kind of cheese do you want?" 2 of us wanted American 1 wanted swiss. Surprise! we all got swiss. 2nd, surprise, they charged us .99 each for a slice of cheese. Pretty sure there was no "cheese burger" on the menu. So perhaps training your staff to say, "itll be .99 extra if you want cheese". Oh, and get the kind of cheese right. Finally, the bread was cold. Not freezing cold but hard and cold like it was in the fridge. Look, I dont want a steamy bun but at least a room temp bun that I can usually get at McD or BK.

Went here to pick up 3 burgers for a taste test with some friends between Five guys, elevation burger, shake shack and BGR here. The wait was LONG. Gave me a pager and everything for when my order was ready, for take out. BUT, it tasted amazing. Was cooked to medium perfectly and the burger its self was quite good. It had that extra grilled taste, I guess for being flame broiled or something. Could have used more of the sauce which I think they called Mojo sauce. It won our burger taste test. It was about 3$ more than any other burger so be aware that its pricey and takes a while to cook. Good burger tho

I came in yesterday evening for two burgers. The girl running the register was very rude and disrespectful, rolling her eyes at me while taking the order, had her hands tucked under her apron, and only used one hand to punch the order in, which made the process very slow. Overall, it took almost 40 minutes to get the order, and the burgers didnt even have all the proper toppings. Im very disappointed in the staff at this restaurant, as Ive received much better service in the past. The staff on hand that night seemed to show no care in customer satisfaction.

I came in to work and eat lunch during my break. Their inept employees totally ignored the customers at the counter for a few minutes until I loudly asserted myself got an answer that they have zero power outlets to charge your devices while you work. So 1. they operate in the 20th century, 2. theyre rude, and due to these facts 3. I never got to eat their burgers. A shame, because I heard their burgers are great, but if they have no outlets for busy professionals, the chain obviously doesnt want my business.

The food was exactly what you would except from a delicious BGR joint, but the staff are so unfriendly. My friend specifically asked for extra ramekins of mojo sauce, and when the order came out without any, she asked the lady again. The lady basically barked at her "GIVE ME A MINUTE" and was incredibly perturbed that she had to help a customer. She acted like we were bothering her just by being in the restaurant. Really unwelcoming.

Im from out of town and came and ate with some friends. We ordered our burgers and waited for an HOUR to get them. Absolutely ridiculous. It was not busy at all when we walked in. Even if it was, there is no reason we should have waited an hour to get something as simple as a burger.

It took us 25 minutes to get our burger and the place wasnt even that busy. All the employees were standing around with faces that looked like they hated everything happening there. Our burger wasnt even that great... basically this place is poorly managed.

Great tasty burgers and delicious fries. New menu (May 17) has a few welcome additions such as ice cream scoops for the kids, salads, two sizes of milk shakes, and a few new burgers. The best burger spot in the Tysons Mall, hands-down.

More of a hip-modern burger joint. A decent selection of burgers, some with a nice variety of toppings. Nice atmosphere, busy because of the mall. The prices are a bit steep though.
