As I began to eat my food, I noticed that I received 6 wings, instead of the 8 wings I originally ordered. I decided to disregard the matter being that the restaurant was close to closing, and the simple fact that I was already home & tired. At around 11:40 PM, halfway through eating my food, I found a long thick piece of hair in my fries. At this point I was EXTREMELY disgusted, and almost vomited. I proceeded to call the Wing stop back, and a woman who called herself Lisa told me to bring my food back & they would either refund my money. Once I arrived at the store I proceeded to tell them the problem. I calmly stated that I wanted my money back and nothing else. A female named Jackie joked about not knowing what to do about the situation and asked another female. Jackie then thumbed through the food and found the hair, upon finding it, she looks me up and down. (Mind you, I am an African American, Jackie is Caucasian). She tells me this hair is to coarse and black to be anyone of the Co-workers. In front of everyone I become VERY offended. After all, this was a remark referring to my behalf. Then in a matter of minutes the situation escalated. I am very disappointed and unpleased with the behavior at this specific Wingstop. I have been a customer of Wingstop for about 13 years, never have I ever felt discriminated, and stereotyped until now. Jackie gave off a very racist, and discriminatory vibe from the first moment I walked in the store.
This is the nicest WingStop I have visited in the DFW area. Large 70" tvs and plenty of space! My only gripe with this location would be the sides of ranch. They do not include them and will charge if you ask for a side of ranch. This is the only location I have been to that does not include the side of ranch with any purchase. My first visit we ordered two 10 piece combos and it clearly says "2 sides included" I asked for my sides of ranch and the lady behind the counter said "no you didnt pay for it". About 5 minutes later the manger simply told her to give them to us. My second visit same thing but they made me pay for the sides... Other than this great wings and nice open space....
On July 9th 2017 I had called in an order and someone else picked up for me. When I received my order it was not what I had ordered the fires where over cooked and I asked for the fries to be cooked soft and the wings were over cooked to where I could not eat them. I called back and spoke to the manager Tasha and she apologized for the order being messed up, she stated for me to come back on the next day to recorrect the order. Tasha shows excellent customer service in making sure customers are happy and the order is done correctly.
The food is good, but the service sucks. They are very slow and many times they have forgotten parts of my orders, even when its an online order. Today I ordered online again and my order was supposed to be ready at 5:25, I got there a few minutes early, and still didnt receive my food until 6:05. I also saw at least 5 or so people come in after me and get their food while I was still waiting. If their wings didnt taste so good I would never eat from here again.
The food is always great, but the service is TERRIBLE! I just placed an order online at 4 for pickup at 5:30 and came 15 min late and it was still not ready. Usually the staff are at least cordial but the young man working the register was beyond rude. He literally walked away to look for another customer while holding my cc before checking me out! The owner is great but his staff has caused me to go to cedar hill instead - at least the service is timely.
The chicken is good but they are always behind on the time! EVERY time I order and come a little after the time its supposed to be ready, its not ready! I have to wait an additional 25/35 minutes Then they dont even try to make up for it by giving a complimentary roll, or drink or something. They need to hire people that actually value (( Customers Service and Time)).
My favorite Wingstop in our area (there are 3 local to me). Who doesnt love extra seasoning? The have several shakers of extra seasoning (lemon pepper, fries seasoning, etc) so you can shake on as much as you would like. They also have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine with 100 drink choices to choose from. Its a popular stop so sometimes there is a wait, but its worth it.
The first time I went in there my order sat up there for about 10 minutes until I said something about it. And the wings were dry and didnt have enough sauce on them. The next time I came in the two young ladies taking orders just stared at me until I said hello. Wingstop is usually one of my favorites, needless to say I will not be going back to this one.
I love wing stop! The best place to go, but this was my first visit here and it sucked terribly. The young lady LATASHA kept talking to other friends in the restaurant and walking off when I kept telling her what I wanted; this visit sucked and I do not recommend you to eat at this place w the type of service they have I will never be coming back!
I call at 11:25 and was place on hold then after being on hold for 15 min they hung up so I call back and was told they wasnt taking phone order now I ask to speak with an manager and she told me they quit taking phone order at 11 so why didnt the person who answer the phone at 11::25 didnt tell me that ...bad customer service
Customer service is horrible, Ive gotten food poisoning twice, I should of learned the first time. Last time I went they gave me the wrong order. The food was cold and wasnt even cooked all the way. I ordered late at night so they were closing when I left and couldnt call back. Ill never go here again.
This wingstop is horrible, I ordered the 30 piece got home wings had no seasoning. took wings back got nothing but attitude from the manager. there were also other people in there complaining about their order. guess have to start driving back to the one inDesoto
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cashiers are very rude. Love the food, Wingstop is my favorite. I hate walking in here and getting mugged by the cashiers. Disregard the Hispanic short guy. He always greets me with a smile.. but the rest always have an ugly face on.
Even though I moved away, I still drive to this location because the fries are always full, the dips filled to the top, and the vegetables fresh and crisp. They always have more than one person manning the counter. Great staff and great service.
Had to wait 30 mins to recieve my food. Apparently they forgot to fill my order and was serving everyone else behind me. To top of off my order was wrong! Really disorganized even though there are plenty of workers. Manager is no help at all.
