Came in today at 330pm on the 27th of July. The young lady whom took our order was very pleasant and polite. The little girl preparing the food (putting it in the bag) was very arrogant and rude, and kept interrupting the young lady taking our order to make jokes and comments I guess she thought were more important than letting her co-worker do her job. Anyway, the young lady finally took our order down correctly (wouldnt have taken so long if she wasnt interrupted so much) it was correct on the receipt but the little girl still messed it up as she was putting it in the bag. Probably because the little boy with the dreads working in the back kept talking to her which is fine but if youre messing up simple orders, you probably shouldnt try to multitask. And of course, like most places that have young, arrogant kids working, she got an attitude with me when i corrected her on my order and threw my food in the bag. The food wasnt even good. This is my second time coming here, its been years and i live down the street but i avoid this place because ive heard too many stories of bad customer service, rude employees (the kids), and bad food. The nice young lady that took our order was Ana and she deserves recognition since she seems to be the only that takes her job seriously.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience while visiting this BK. I walked in and waited a great deal of time before my order was even taken. Once the order was taken it took over 10 minutes to receive my food and a customer at the drive thru was given my food by mistake. Once I actually received my order, my Whopper did not have cheese on it and the chicken rings that I ordered appeared to be hours old because they were cold and extremely hard to chew on like it was a dog treat. When I took my Whopper and Chicken rings to the counter, the two employees did not know how to resolve the issue so they called another employee to help. This employee had the cooks recook my chicken rings and took my Whopper just to add cheese on it and put it in the window to be served. While my other food was getting cold, I waited another 10 minutes to eat my food and by that time most of everything was cold. There is no sense of management or direction at this facility and have had issues such as this one multiple times prior to this. I will never eat at this restaurant again nor recommend anybody eat at this facility. I would even feed this food to my dog. Please close this location immediately!!!!

Terrible service, poorly-prepared food, and the fat young lady that appears to run the place acts like the store is her little fiefdom. I ordered 2 original chicken subs, and the order took 12 minutes to fill, and this was at 1:30 P.M. when the place was not crowded. When I pointed out that 12 minutes for 2 chicken subs was quite long for "fast-food", the fat young lady got very defensive and said that "5-6 people ordered before" me - which is why the order took so long. Really, 5-6 people in a place that holds about 50 people? And the Original Chicken subs I waited 12 minutes for were soggy from the lettuce or something. This is the last time I will ever buy anything from this Burger King.

I went to Burger King to buy two $20.00 gift cards for my friends as a Christmas present. When one of my friends went to Burger King, he said that there was no money on the card. I did not and would use the card since it is intended to be a GIFT and neither did he until he tried to but was denied because there was no money on it. I went back to this Burger King to talk to the managers but they refused to do ANYTHING about this. Not only did I waste $40 but I have to spend another $40 as a replacement gift. I am VERY disappointed in the way the way the managers handled this. I WILL take this to corporate.

Almost never have to wait in line inside the building or at the drive through. Service is very quick and they are willing to try and make you happy with them. Twice they were out of something I had ordered and they compensated with something that cost more. The only time a had a long wait was when I ordered onion rings and they had to make a new batch for me, but that was well worth the wait. The food quality is what you would expect from a Burger King.

My only wish is I could leave a negative review, sometimes their is a kid that tries to make it in their by himself. The other day I went and from the bottom to the top in command, I received terrible attitudes and incomplete wrong service!! Im pretty sure they even mess with your food here if they feel a certain way about you!!

We just moved to the area and are still finding places. Food was made quickly and all correctly, came out hot. Staff was courteous, especially Courtney! She went above and beyond for our daughter, and that made this a very good, memorable lunch! Thank you again Courtney!

I have gone here a couple times but recently their food has gone downhill. I had a fish sandwhich a week ago that was so overdone I couldnt eat it and today my burger is black its so burnt.

Food is nothing special, customer service is just plain awful, and really long wait times for drive-thru orders. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat.

Food is never fresh tasting. Have been trying to use burger king app at this location for over a month. Their system for it is always down. Worst burger king ever!

Food took forever, was over cooked and poorly prepared. Had to wait for fries and onion rings and then they were burnt. Never will return to this location!!!
