After my first experience here, I really am surprised to find so many positive reviews. Actually, I want to find out when these people went and try it again. I really had high hopes for the place, and our neighborhood really needed a solid burger joint. The terrible rating basically boils down to 1. terrible, TERRIBLE service and 2. massively substandard food. And I LOVE grassfed beef. I hope that this negative rating can be marked up to the fact that this place is new and the whole staff is new. And maybe theyll work on their food and maybe part of the reason the food was so terrible was because they were so busy? I hope! My husband and I ordered the same thing--two orders of a pretty standard burger, regular bun, an order of fries. I ordered a chocolate milkshake. I would list all of what was gross about the food, but let me just say: nothing was good. The fries had potential if they hadnt been stone cold (a result of the wait time, Im sure). The bun was soggy, the ingredients on the bun didnt taste fresh, the milkshake was... the WORST milkshake Ive EVER HAD. not joking. The service: the cashier was a stressed out looking cash-register novice, young, by himself on a busy Friday. The staff was bumping into each other, getting out of their assembly-line spot. The wait was nearly an hour (over 50 mins) from the time of ordering to pickup and they got part of our order wrong. We just went with it because we were starving by then. Having worked in restaurants, I could critique every little thing constructively, but all you really need to know is not to get your hopes up just because this is a new indie burger joint. Theyll not be there for long if they continue like that.

i saw this place as i passed by earlier this week, and thought about trying it. I usually go online to review a place before i try it, but this time I didnt. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to-go. the menu has a lot of options for their burgers. That makes it a little bit easier to get what you want. The atmosphere was okay. nothing really special about it. They have a variety of condiments on every table. Dont see that a lot among fast food joints. The wait was about 5-8 minutes, which is reasonable. I would most closely compare this place to a Five Guys in terms of burger quality. Its not as greasy, though. The size of the burger was a little smaller than that of a 5 Guys burger, yet about the same price. Their fries were natural cut and very aromatic, but that didnt translate in their taste. I ended up paying a little over $10 for a meal (burger, fries, and drink). In all, I dont think that it was worth that much. Maybe a buck or two overpriced. They had options for a turkey burger or a vegan burger. The only bacon i saw on the menu was turkey bacon (not real bacon! lol).

If you eat one of their burgers, you will never eat Mcdonalds,Burger king,Wendys,Taco Bell and other restaurants ever. Their hamburgers are soooooooooooooooooo good. Double cheese burgers are amazing!!! French Fries... ehhh not so bad, over cooked but better than the old version. Highly recommend going here. Its very expencive but trust me when I say it will be worth it. I recommend you right down your order and then go buy it because sometimes they get confused and mixed up with orders and its very easy to get mixed up. Mathematical estimates for the cost. 1 Person:5-15$ 2 People:15-25$ 3 People:25-35$ 4 People:35-45$ 5 People:45-55$ All in all its worth the money/visit/trip. Matter of fact I went here today, my family had a great time. 40-50$ make 5 people very full and it was a good trip. Very worth it. 5 Stars

When I walked in, I sat down in one of the tables and a gentleman asked me to kindly move because he wanted to sweep the floor under the table I was sitting. I loved that! I cant stand places that are super dirty. He was very helpful. I had never eaten here before so I asked for insight. He gave me options for every category: chicken, beef, hotdog and grilled cheese sandwiches. I Ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a cheesesteak. Everything is made fresh (literally my sandwich was steamy hot). They also have freshly cut, good quality fries. The service was fast and efficient. Best fast food place in the area. I will definitely be coming back here. DELICIOUS, A+ on service!!!!!

Poor customer service. I ordered my food and within 10-15 minutes people who came in after me were being paged. I asked the cashier if my order was almost ready and he said yes. After 25 minutes I was tired of waiting so I went to the counter and the employee told me he rang my pager a while ago and I didnt come. Turns out the pager wasnt working, completely forgivable, but I had been sitting in front of the pick-up counter the whole time and he continued to tell me I should have said something...I did! TWICE! On top of that, I get home to a luke-warm burger that didnt have half of what I ordered - no cheese, no mushrooms, no pickles, etc. Very disappointing!

I went to Burger 7 for the first time today and I dont think I will be going back. Now the burger was pretty decent - not great not bad but come one now. I got a burger, small onion rings and a drink for $13. The burger was very small and not filling. The small onion rings ran $4 and you got a whopping 4 small onion rings.... yep $1 per onion ring, thats not right also they only have turkey bacon, not real bacon... thats messed up

What a joke this place has become. Order the chicken # 5 and it was the size of a oversized McNugget from McDonalds just on a large bun. For real , it was slider sized. For over $7 thats totally unacceptable and we will never come back. The filthy restroom & over flowing trash can was a clue, never should have eaten here. If I get diarrhea tonight I will update, fully expect it. This place is disgusting.

I have to stop here anytime Im in the area as its one of my favorite burger joints. The beef is organic and grass fed giving it a very earthy fresh taste. You can customize your burger to your liking and they have many toppings to pick from. I usually get a double patty with a bunch of toppings, only problem is that it slips out of the burger. Fries were a little overcooked.

I decided to give this place a try instead of going to my old standby (Five Guys). I was impressed with the offerings on the menu, but I was underwhelmed with the expensive price and extremely small burgers. The patty was flat and dry and had little to no juice. I assumed perhaps because its new, then maybe they were figuring things out. Im really hoping this place improves.

This has become one of my favorite places to get a burger! I tried it on a whim (I was shopping at the Wily Wag next store) and Im really happy I stopped in. The burger tasted great and the staff was super friendly. If youre a burger fan (and I definitely am) you really have to give Burger 7 try.
