From my experience yesterday around 1 they were on it. The lady at the register was nice greeted me with a smile and took my multiple orders and on all orders she remembered to mark that they were for to go after ordering the guy at the window serving the food greeted me with a smile gave me a empty box to put all toppings in for my order they had condiments out in side cups so I didnt have to do all that on my own it was very nice. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes and everything was RIGHT!!!!!!!! that is very important overall great to go experience

I mostly enjoy coming here for the unlimited amount of toppings I can add to my burger. I typically get my moneys worth in cheese. Theres nothing like having cheese to dip your fries in. As far as customer service, I didnt expect much because of the self-serve atmosphere. My advice to the employees would be to have better timing. Dont come up to me and ask me how my meal is when I havent taken a bite. And try to offer drink refills when needed. Other than that, let the customers enjoy the atmosphere.

My burger was super dry and they added my egg as overeasy instead of asking how I wanted it cooked. It was running all down the burger. I was told by the manager to ask for it fully cooked the next time. I was pissed and disappointed. Well, the menu did not state it was over easy. I expected it to be fully cooked. Not happy for the price I paid.

I like Fuddruckers alot. The burgers are good, the fries are too and the basics to add to your burger yourself. On occasion, I dont think the food is served as hot as it should be. Other than that, the service is fine and I really like the location and the cleanliness of the place.

My family and I ate here yesterday. Love the atmosphere it must have been about 15 years since I last stepped in a Fuddruckers. Talk about great times. I love the fact that they had Elk burgers on the menu. Great good great fun. Super kid friendly just like the good old days.

By far one of the best places Ive been to in a while. As a matter of fact...weve been here 3 times in this past week........ friendly staff, clean environment, and great food.. if youre ever in the area...this is the place to stop for a quick casual meal :)

Good ambience, ample serving for the price they charge and the burgers were tasty. The good thing was that you can add your toppings as much as you want. Child friendly and they have baby chairs too which is great for families with infants. One of my faves.

When we got to our table it was a bit dirty but you dont go to places like this expecting it to be spotless. The burger was great and the fact that you can put melted cheese on your fries keeps me coming back.

Loved it good atmosphere and good food. People are friendly, clean environment. I really liked it stayed for 2 hours talking and watching the videos on the multiple screens above. Never asked to leave!!!! Lol

Have visited here a couple times. Havent been disappointed yet. The Nachos are especially good and make for a meal in itself. Good menu for kids too. Good, clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The food was pretty good, but probably falls behind 5 Guys. Their menu is much more varied though. The dining area is pretty nice and the employees were all very nice.

Great place for a family get together,! There is an area for kids to watch TV and draw on the chalkboard. They keep the area nice, clean and inviting.
