I feel so disappointed the foods at Five Guys in Olney, Sandy Spring Rd. They didnt put any toppings that I order!!!, They didnt toast the burgers & hot dogs buns!!! They dont even grill the hot dogs!!!!!! The bottom line is they dont know what they are doing at all !!!! They just want to play around with the Customerss foods!!!! They think they can fool me!!! No way, Ill never ever go back to the Five Guys in Olney anymore!!! I think any of the Five Guys fast food need to have a person that really care for the Customers & the business to in charge inside the Five Guys place!!! So, itll bring more Customers for their business instead of losing the Customers everyday......!!!!!!

They have great staff and the burgers are cooked perfectly and the toppings are fresh and amazing! The shakes were a great idea, if you havent had one yet, try one!! You wont regret it. The fries are always great and freshly made as well and they have sooo many different soda flavors!! Best Five Guys Ive been to!!

Food is good but lately the evening staff is unpleasant to deal with. Barely say a word to you, never say thank you, leaves me with an uncomfortable feeling like Im putting them out. Thinking about having to deal with them to eat there definitely helps me choose chipotle next door

Not the best, not the worst. Its 5 Guys. When the mood hits you, nothing will do. Seems to be either super crowded or empty, never in the middle. Cajun fries all the way.
