Amazing burger place! So when you first walk in, it seems like any other type of "burger joint" until you look around. All the table tops have intricate designs made out of pieces of stone. PAC Man, MegaDeath and Bubblicious just to name a few. I found that to be pretty cool since most places will just have generic tables. The chairs reminded me of the kind I had in High School which really helped bring back the retro mood. So I get to the counter area and see something called the "Greek". Most people will think about Gyro type burger but I am not most people. Being military previously stationed in Germany, Ive always been on the lookout for anything that resembled a yufka or a doner. Ive had some burgers that tried but none could really get it. Well I decided to try it here and let me tell you, wow! While its not an exact match, its as close as your going to get stateside. I also noticed that they have beer on tap so I asked if I could try a sample. Next thing I know, the General Manager himself (Devin) comes out with samples of all their taps and gives me a detailed run down on each one! I mean, what business does this anymore? Most just want you to order and go away. Overall, the food, customer service and overall experience of this place is well above standard. Im truly impressed. Not only will I be going back but I recommend everyone at least give it a try.

Got kicked out of the BGR outside eating area in the common area of the sidewalk in the Old Keene Mill shopping center tonight by the manager Alan. Ironically we originally at a another restaurant in the shopping center and were not pleased and decided to try BGR. The burgers were good, (a little pricey), the onion rings where to die for and I liked the idea of double hamberger wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. We ate there often We chose this restaraurant to be able to go to Sweet Frog for dessert. We go out to dinner weekly. Well tonight we went to Sweet Frog for dessert, sat outside in the roped area for BGR, shortly after sitting down Alan approached and rudely asked us to leave because this was his property and he was tired of cleaning up sweet frog trash. There were empty tables inside the restaurant and outside. I will tell you we will not be eating at the burger joint ever again. His loss not mine. He rudely said Im sorry. So beware of eating at BGR, We will NEVER Return.

So we just happen to see this place on a trip to walgreens, stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by the rock and roll decor and modern setting. we were a little nervous since it was noon and quite empty. we ordered 2 burgers, fries, and a shake. lets start with the fries, they were a little mushy not crunchy like i like but easily fixed by asking them to extra cook them next time. the shake was great, very chocolaty and good. the burgers were amazing, good flavor, well spiced. however they undercook a little, my med rare was more rare and the medium was more medium rare. TL;DR? order a step up for what you want... I.E. want medium rare order medium. ask for the fries to be cooked a little extra if you want crunchy. worth stopping by for a good burger in springfield

Due to unfortunate medical issues, I hadnt had a proper meal of solid food in two weeks. This BGR provided a glorious end to that with a classic burger topped with their mushroom blend (with caramelized onions and black truffle). It was heaven on a metal tray; just the right amount of char on the meat(i asked for well done, but was impressed by the appropriate color of my friends medium well). It was followed by a chocolate shake; straw-cloggingly thick, and rich without being saccharine. The place is small and nothing fancy, but it doesnt have to be. Youre not going there for cloth napkins and ambience, youre going there for BEEF (or turkey or chicken or tuna). I will be returning soon.

Burgers were pretty good but need more salt. Take note, youve got a killer employee there. Young lady, blond, nose ring. Very capable, commands respect, anticipates questions. Really havent seen someone so young handle people so well in a long time. You guys need to push her towards some sort of management training course. I say this because I run a sales department and was very impressed. And, no, Im not a friend or a family member, but I like to give credit to young people who shine. Very impressive individual.

Cheap Art Work, loud music and expensive food. So we are at the Springfeild location that one of my co-workers had suggested to me, and all I could say was sooo not impressed. But dont get me wrong good burger just not for the ammount of money. For 3 people = 45 dollars, utterly ridiculous. After I saw the price I couldnt bring myself to even order one of their "world famous" milk shakes... End note though good food, just to expensive for what you get, just a glorified Five Guys.

This is one of my favorite burger joints. The burgers are among the best around, thick and juicy, and cooked to order. The fries are outstanding, especially with parmesian. While its pricey, usually around $15 for burger, fries, and a drink, it really cannot be beat. While I enjoy a standard cheeseburger, my girlfriend has tried all the specialties, like Thanksgiving on a Bun, etc... and really loved them.

My medium burger was hard, and dry. If it wasnt on a bun, I might have mistaken it for a hockey puck or meat flavored saw dust. The lettuce was limp like they put it on the burger when it was being cooked. The onions were too thick for a burger. To add insult to injury, two burgers and two orders of fries were $24. No sodas, nothing else....$24 for the driest burger Ive ever had. The fries were ok.

Food is better than the service, which says more about the food than the service! Beef is dry-aged and cooked to order, like steak. E.g. Rare, Medium-Rare, etc. There is a decent kids menu with $6 meals that include a choice of entre, side, drink, and scoop of ice cream. The cookies were a little dry. Id stick to the freshly made items.

I love the burgers as they are some of the best burgers Ive ever had! They are juicy, tender, and well-seasoned and come in a great variety. I fully recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers. They are well worth the money. They are also generally made in under 10 minutes or so and Ive never had a problem with the staff.

If you ever find yourself on a quest for the worlds best burger, then skip all the work and just go to BGR. Im not kidding, this place makes burgers that will make you rethink ever eating at a fast food burger joint ever again. This place even makes places like Five Guys look like a joke. BGR is a cut above the rest.

While it is a little pricey and others rate it lower, I really like this place. This is one of the best burgers Ive had in a while and I would definitely go back. I recommend trying it out if you havent already. Additionally, they have a VIP program that gets you a free burger after so many purchases.
