5 star customer service, bravo. I cant travel everywhere to pick up orders because I have a newborn, so I use services like Uber. My Uber driver brought the order in fatburgers to-go bag. While I was walking back to my unit, the cheap recycled paper bag ripped, spilling the French fries and burger over the floor. My Uber driver was generous enough to offer to go back and get us new french fries... So while he was driving to the location, he called the location to make sure he can exchange the fries, the Manager said he would not honor the exchange (kind of rediculous, what kind of franchise treats their customers like this). My Uber driver offered to pay for it because HE felt bad.

Was planning to order a meal from Fatburgers after meeting some friends at Methodist Church next to the restaurant. Found out through my disappointment that Fatburgers had my work truck towed. I had to Uber to tow yard in Van Nuys and wait an hour and a half for tow guy to let me in. In a really bad neighborhood. It cost me $400. I grew up eating Fatburgers since I was a kid. Now this establishment left a bad taste in my mouth. No worries. Planning to take me and my employees to Five Guys or Smash Mouth burgers from now on.

Extreme horrible service. Lost appetite during my 45 minute wait on my order that was made incorrectly. Manager was not helpful at all. Snobbish, indecent, rude, and confrontational. I even tried calling before to place a phone order. Was left on hold for 7 minutes. The atmosphere here is dirty, disorganized, unprofessional, and not worth ever going back. Knew I should have gone to the store and cooked my own homemade meal that could not give me or my partner attitude.

Very bad costumer service. Ordered thru thd phone. Got my orfer wrong and they tell me i will get a replacment for thay. Ordered again today girl on the phone ignored me getting a replacment soni just order. Im not about free food. Pick up my new order and totaly wrong i call. So instead of telling sorry and fix it they argue taht tjey made them right and try to cover them selfs. Im very up set.

I have eaten at Fat Burger since the very first one that used to be on La Cienega in Beverly Hills.. I got hooked on the great burgers and have eaten there many times over the years. This location is no exception still great burgers and service. I miss them now that I live in another country... hey Fat Burger how about opening a Cebu Philippines branch... Yummm

Amazing food!!! I go to a lot of festivals and every time I see this Fatburger I make sure to stop by and grab a burger or some sliders!!! Their chipotle aioli is great on everything they serve!! Definitely worth checking out.
