He ido a la mayoría de cheesecake factory de Miami y ha desmejorado muchísimo el servicio, la comida no solo en este sino en otros restaurantes de la cadena, en este precisamente había un insecto en mi ensalada, los camarones NO estaban en lo absoluto frescos y fue muy desagradable, la mesa donde me ubicaron estaba sucia igual que los asientos, tuve que mandarla a limpiar y la misma persona la limpio con su mano y echó todo al suelo, los últimos cheesecakes que pedí parecían que los hubiesen hecho hace un mes atrás, no estaban frescos, y los fines de semana cuando hay mucha gente el servicio desmejora mucho mas, el manager al menos fue muy amable se acercó a la mesa a conversar conmigo y pude decirle mis inquietudes, si volveré pero es casi cuestión de suerte, puede ser que un día todo esté bien como puede ser que otro día no.

HORRIBLE, If you have a big party NEVER GO TO This Cheesecake location or any. VERY disappointed by the out right rude and unprofessional manager at the front desk and Supervisor that are incompetent at best. Had our entire party waiting for over 3 hours (Mostly seniors) and at the end ruined just about everything for that night. I would understand if we didnt make a reservation, I also understand that we were a large party of 23 and we were also OK waiting 2 1/2 as we were told for our table... Im sorry but you had 3 1/2 hours to figure out where you would seat us not keep telling us after 2 1/2 that we will be seating you shortly then -after tell us we can only seat half your party... yet parties our same size (got there after us) sat down? like really. Honestly customer service is so important if you think that we arent important enough to take of please dont fail to realize that we chose you out of all the restaurants to go to, That should mean something right ? (NOT in MIAMI) I guess they failed to realize that they are replaceable. What a waste of time, if they couldnt seat us we would have gone elsewhere not have us there wasting our time after our graduation. I will never ever go to this cheesecake or any after this event. This is why corporation hire professionals with actual degrees -not a half ass manager with a 1-2 experience to under pay them. Completely unacceptable oh wait my favorite part as we were leaving the supervisor has the nerve to say (wish we could have help) HAHA What a joke you had 3 hours to figure it out-they should both be fired. NEVER AGAIN!

I have a corn allergy so every restaurant I go to that I want to have one of their dios I request the corn chips to be change for flour chips (basically flour tortilla fried for point two seconds) So here I am at this restaurant just waited an hour to get seated. When I make the request the doubtful face from the waiter bit he tried... He asked and was told no. So just out of curiosity I ask to speak to a manager to know the reasoning behind something that is quite simple and had never been refused anywhere even at their other locations. When the manager comes and I ask his response was a simple one. We are too busy.... Hummm I took my time to wait and be a seated but they cant point two seconds to provide me with the extra mile of customer service. SMH I cant speak for the chain of restaurants but this one in particularly has a manager that is quite doubtful he is representing it correctly.

Obviously dont ever go to this place late !!! 1st....the young lady seating us wanted to put in some corner next to a large party with little kids , so we asked for another place to sit and the body language from her was like "REALLY !?!?" .....2nd....we ordered a Margarita and it tasted like crap (nasty sour) . The floor manager came over and insinuating we didnt know what were talking about and stood over both of us and insisted his drinks were perfect. We said to just bring us our meal and we should have known by now it wasnt our evening...lol....a medium well butterfly filet comes to our table blood red and mashed potatoes with blood soaking into them. Ok....if thats not enough pain , they take the steak back and it comes back on the same plate with the same dang blood soaked potatoes and now burnt.....DONT GO LATE TO THIS PLACE !!!!!PERIOD....JUS SAYIN!!!

Very disappointing. Me and my wife were there yesterday for lunch, 12.30, place was half full. Requested the food by 12.50 and got it around 1.35... The wait was too long... And gave us the time to start staring at details. Silverware, glasses and tables were NOT CLEAN, the staff, waiters and others, having private conversations next to the tables, joking and fooling around, not nice at all. Once we got the food, my wifes pasta was really nice, but I requested the half turkey sandwich with a cup of mushrooms soup that was the only good thing about the whole plate. If you are a lettuce lover, go for it. You will get almost the whole lettuce plant, chopped in your plate. Service was average, just that. For what we paid, that was not cheap, this was the first and las time in this place. And for sure will NOT recommend it at all. Very disappointed.

As always the food was great. We went to Dadeland CheeseCake Factory to celebrate my cousins high school graduation. We were a party of 11. Our waitress Jessica was amazing and very patient and helpful with our ordering Most I would like to thank the Manager Anthony Rine. I arrived early to give our name for a table. The young lady taking names said it would be 1 hour and 40 min. wait. which I expected with so many graduations being celebrated.The reminder of the party were planning to arrive close to the correct time. after one hour they called my name for the table. I explained what was told to me.. Mr. Rine understood..and told the hostess it was their fault..and to hold the table for us. This is good public relations..the way a great Manager runs a restaurant. Thank you Mr Anthony Rine. .

Ive been to Cheesecake Factory eslewhere with a pleasant visit. & have never seen so many negative experiences & comments in a row for a particular location as the one above. I understand you cant please everyone. Management should do the best to address the issues. Investigate or analyze the many unpleasant experiences. I know people still eat there in spite of. Hilariously how people expect a table right away. When you make no reservations. You dine at peak hours. Last you live in a metropolis not the country side expect people & traffic. Go figure... But the comments alone can gave people second thoughts about visiting. Start sampling all your cheesecakes etc. or something. Seriously address your issues. Because rates & reviews online are a considering factors when dining outside.

This is the worst location ever! I went last night and my waiter was being extremely rude and not really paying attention to me or the people with me. We repeatedly asked for drinks and he never could remember along with him messing up our bill and charging me double. At the end of the night we split the check and the tip and gave him less than 20% because of his attitude and left a note saying to pay attention. In return the waiter followed me out to my car yelling at me and making threats saying that I should watch my back because I dont know what he is capable of! Not a good place to eat and have a good time! Manger definitely needs to be alerted of this waiters behavior!
