Ive gone to this location twice and both times been disappointed. The employees behind the counter are not friendly and seem extremely unmotivated. The first time I went the fries were under cooked and greasy. The hamburger was ok but nothing special. The second time we ordered a chili cheese dog, chili cheese fries, and funnel cake fries to go. They didnt give us enough chili to have some for both the fries and the hot dog. Heck, there was not even enough chili for the order of large fries. They gave us even less cheese. Luckily we had shredded cheese at home to make up for it. The funnel cake fries were as greasy as the fries. I really recommend you try any other location than this one.

Saw the store under construction last week when I went to Potbellys. Today I stopped in and ordered a burger and fries. Watched the guy cook it. Never seen it done like they do it. The guy cooked the burger and then proceeded to put the cheese on the grill to melt it, well it melted, he then had a difficult time scraping it up and getting it onto the burger. The result was a burger with a gob of discolored cheese smeared on it. Fries were soggy and the server was extremely rude. For my money I will keep going next door.

I dont generally do these, but the food was a way over-priced for the quality. I asked for my burger rare and it was very well done. I also saw the cook multiple times press the burger down on the grill to remove any flavor and juiciness from it. The fries were okay "boardwalk" style fries but again pretty expensive for the quality. Service was fine and food was edible with no major problems, hence 2 stars (versus 1). However, I do not recommend eating here

I thought five guys was the best around but this is better. I think its the bun that is different? Anyway the fries are tastier and the burgers arent as greasy as Five Guys. Its now my favorite fast food burger joint. I now frequent this restaurant and will drive out of my way to enjoy the food that may cost a dollar or two more overall than McDonalds or BK. Plus its a couple dollars cheaper overall than Five Guys, which is now my 2nd favorite.

I went on opening day. It was within walking distance from my house. Unfortunately, the shopping center is not sidewalk friendly once you get past the crossing light. With a senior citizens center and an elementary school nearby, it is dangerous to walk into the parking area. But that aside, the food was great! Quickly ordered and fresh. Priced right! Welcome to Kingstowne. Now if we can only work on pedestrian-friendly (and handicapped) access....

Good place to sit and talk. Very good tasting chocolate/peanut butter shake. Good value for plus $5 burger places. Cleaner than mcDs. They do have old bay seasoning as a all you can get condiment and regular vinegar. But not malt vinegar for their french fries. View is ok. They have a couple of tvs. Outside seating is uncovered. Nice p/b & j burger too. Not crowded at all.

If you want food poisoning, this is the place for you! I thought this would be a better place to go for burgers but boy was I wrong. Spent an entire day throwing up what I ate from this place. WARNING: They dont cook their burgers all the way! I will not be going there again unless I want my belly to feel like its full of battery acid and razer blades again.

Great place to bring the family. Food is always good. My wife loved the Gouda burger. It was pretty good ah! They have an outside deck for the awesome weather weve been having lately. The whole menu is great really. You can go wrong. I normally get the chilli cheese fries because I like big meals with a side of chicken tenders because I like to stay thin!

The menu is small but really good at what they do make. I can eat the fries until I feel sick from being too full!! The reason it gets a 4* is the price. Looking at a little more than $10 for burger, fries, drink. For a family if six we cant swing $60 for burger and fries.... Still worth the visit when its just a couple of us out for lunch.

Boardwalks burgers and fries are, well, ARGUABLY fresh and simply okay. Honestly, if you want to go the route of the "impossibly greasy burger and blow your arteries wide open fries," save your money and run, dont walk, to Five Guys. Theres more branches, and they taste infinitely better.

The food was good, not great, but a little on the pricey side for burgers. The dining area could have been a little nicer. The service was good, but you dont have much interaction with them other than ordering at the counter and picking up your food when its ready.

Food is ok; a good alternative when I dont want to drive out to 5 Guys. My biggest complaint is that at the end of the night they put the chairs up on the tables, legs down on the same chair feet that sat and slid around on the floor all day. Seems unsanitary.

I used to be a 5-guys and In And Out Burgers guy, but now Im a Boardwalk man. I just came from here and was profoundly impressed. Awesome burgers at the lowest price in the Gourmet Burger industry. Ill be going back soon!

The funnel cake fries were good but for the amount given, they were overpriced. The cheese fries were awful. The cheese seemed strangely liquidy and tasted unpleasant, and made the fries very soggy.

Love this place, its like a real burger off the grill and the fries are heaven on earth. The coke machine kicks out some of the best fountain coke you can find.

A bit pricy but great burgers! Similar to 5 Guys. One of my sons favorite. Go there hungry. Get one large fry and divide among 4-5 people. Fries are huge!
