The people are kind, but not motivated. Thats because the place needs to be remodeled and/or redecorated. Upgraded! Brunt back children attractions. Make it kid friendly. Thats why parents come to these places. Also elderly and single people cater to them to. Coffee and tea areas. Comfortable seating. Make attractive Windows. Make it neat and clean. Brought not dreary and dirty. This will make the employees want to come to work and you will attract a Better clientele place needs a lot of work and your employees morale needs uplifting. They do their job but customers Will complain just looking set the area. You just happen to be convenient. You can Make a great deal More money of you Make these improvements. I know improvements are costly, youll Make this back in no time after the improvements. Good luck!.

Dirtiest drive through Ive seen in three states. Im a fan of Burger King, and love their menu. But this Burger King has the dirtiest drive though window/work area Ive ever seen in a restaurant. Its fility. You can see the grease and dust build up all around the window and the cash register, which is filthy with dirt and human finger grease. The entire work area by the drive thru was revolting. When they handed me my food I simply drove to the nearest garbage can and dumped it. Gross. Disgusting, Vile.

They did not complete my order. They left out my 1 meal sandwich; bacon crispy tendercrisp #9 to find out at home to explain to my wife. So I got my large and small fries, 2 spicy chicken jrs, 1 stacker, and double stacker. When I was driving home I bit hard into my stacker and hurt my tooth on what I thought was a small bone or ball only to bite again to cut the top of my mouth, I brought the burger home and found a piece of a razor blade or metal. I am going to speak to an attorney.

The day shift is pretty good, although it is a hang out for kids and they can be rowdy. The food is good. The night shift drive thru is the worst though. They either never get my order right or hand me someone elses. Dont expect fast food either as Ive waited 15 min from order to pull away and by then the food (which I later find out isnt what I ordered) is luke warm at best. Yes, I need to stop going since I get the food to my kids only to have to make them something.

This is one of the most useless BK restaurants I have been to. The place is extremely dirty, customer service is poor, very slow and the food taste like s!!! You wait for your food 10-15mins only to be handed some dirty burnt burgers and when you complain the manager has the gust to tell you that, unfortunately she cant do anything about it bcos the blower or whatever it is not working properly, sorry eat that burnt burger like that. Useless restaurant!!!!

Took our order quickly but went downhill from there. It took a long time to get 2 meals to us. When we did get the food, the fries were hot and very good. The burgers were totally different. They were barely warm, one had everything except cheese. The other burger was very dry! Had absolutely nothing on it. Ruined the entire meal. This is the worse Burger King we have ever been to. Save your money and drive a little further to get a decent meal.

Helena provided excellent customer service when she waited on us today. She was very pleasant and had a lovely smile. However, the food and the atmosphere were very disappointing. All the tables were dirty and needed wiping down and there was trash in sight at the receptacles...overflowing. I ordered a salad and received lettuce, tomato, cheese and a piece of chicken for $5.99! It was very bland and seemed like it was missing a lot for the price.

Theres more people behind the counter then there are customers, yet they are the slowest at what should take seconds to accomplish. The employees have no customer service skills and whoever is making the food needs to be replaced with someone who actually knows how to do their job. Just because you updated the building doesnt improve anything if you dont improve your management and employee training. Very disappointed.

I wont disagree with some of the other review comments, HOWEVER, ...theres an employee at this location named DUPREE who is GREAT at his job!!!!!! When hes working, my orders ALWAYS PROMPT AND PRECISE!!!!.. I come to this Burger King location every other day, outta respect! THANKS, DUPREE!!!! Keep up the Awesome work! :-) ...You ever need someone to put in a good word, I GOT YoU!!!!!!

Recently remodeled and now under new management. This Burgerking has really shot up in service the past month. I love going there now. I really like the new manager they have at night. He cares about the quality and speed of service, mixed with his proffessionalism, i cant stay away.

Slowest drive thru on the east coast. I regret giving this place a star in the first place. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru, I get home only to find out they gave me coke instead of the grape hi-c I originally asked for. Go to checkers!

Whopper Jr combo order on drive thru, it took them 5 minutes with hardly 3 cars in drive thru, and they forgot nuggets. Slow service, missing food item. To top it off online comment submission fails with error code on BK website. Terrible over all

Horribly dirty. They literaly just finished remodeling inside and out. Dirty floors, dirty tables and dirty counters. Do yourself a favor and go over to McDonalds around the corner. Nice and clean over there.

Drive thru is really slow. About 35-40% of the time, my order is wrong. Food IS good, however. I guess it explains the line. Either way, I go because of the food, not the service.
