Extremely dissapointed! I ordered my food and immediately after we paid the cashier,she states theres a 20 minute wait which I wish I was notified ahead of time prior to ordering ,but anyway it worked out at the end. I finally get my order and the bag was covered in sauce, it was disgusting,even as i grab the bag I saw the employee wipe there hands after handing it to me.I said something about the bag and they said theres nothing they can do its just sauce.I get home realize half my order was missing.I called and spoke to a manager he said what do you want me to do for you,usually its there job to make the customer happy,he gives me a credit for exactly what i was missing in the bag,no compensation for missing half my order and for me driving back up there which is 15 min each way.Besides all of this food was extremely salty and french fries were soggy and covered in grease.I decided for them to keep my credit because the food was that bad.Never Again.

This is the worst wingstop .The staff is very rude. The cook is very slow. They quoted a time of 18 minutes for 2 small orders it turned out to be 25 minutes The seasoning was bland and the roll was hard. This most definitely anot the same as the Elizabeth location. Which we go 3times a month. The cashier spent more time sitting with her friends than giving the guy in the back help.She never moved off the chair unless someone came to the counter which was far in between. Thanks Barb

Im giving this Wingstop 3 stars because the guys in the back didnt prepare my order right even after Bri being vey specific about how long to cook my food. BRI was pleasant and very attentive to the customers & their orders. If it wasnt for BRI I wouldve rated it with 1 star. Kudos to BRI for her excellent customer service.

Love this place. My go to for wings now. Noy sure what their ranvh dressing is maxe of but it is out of this world good! Only reason I am giving it 4 and not 5 stars is because they need to have better organization in days they are slammed like the Super Bowl Sunday and I really wish they had Salt and Vinegar wings.

People are just in their feelings. Its a good Wingstop . Staff friendly and always ready to the please the customers who come in . For the wait time well what do you expect? If it takes 10-15 minutes to cook chicken at home , how long do you think itll take to cook at a fast food or food restaurant? . Common Sense.

GREAT!!!! I bought an order to-go. And the only way that I knew that there was in Union was because of your site that I had found out about it from a TV commercial. Neither here nor there, the employees where VERY Pleasant and the food that I had bought was beyond delicious.

Ive been to wing stop many times and my visit here was the best ever. The manager was so helpful I could of not of asked for a better experience. Wing stop has definitely became number one again on my wings spots. Thanks for bringing back good food to my area

Louisiana rub best flavor hands dowwwww! Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Thry already know me on a first name basis. Wish these managers would open one in my town as i would be there all the time. Keep up the great work guys!

Love their wings - brand new location and cook times are now much faster than when they first opened, waited only 14 minutes last night. Ill order my Mango Habenero and Garlic Parm boneless online next time, skip the wait altogether.

Just as they say, it takes 18 to 20 minutes but its worth the wait! Exceptional service and very friendly, knowledgable staff. I highly recommend their Lunch Special - its all prepared after you order - the new fast food way!
