I have never really cared for cake donuts. They always seemed too heavy and were usually dry unless I dunked them in milk or coffee. There is a Duck Donuts right next to a UPS drop off, so I decided to find out what my family has been raving about. It was the opening day first thing in the morning which apparently explained why there were no lines. I bought two donuts and took them to my car to have with my coffee When I took the first bite, I immediately knew why theyre so popular!!!! They are AMAZING!!! I cant believe theyre so light and delicate. Ive had many cake donuts in my 70 years and didnt finish most of them, but I was so glad, or was it sad, that I bought only two of them. Its a good thing Im just visiting here, or Id be camped outside that store every day!!!

Im so happy I finally have a Duck Donuts in my area! Every batch of donuts is completely customized and they are all freshly made right there in front of you. Lots of frostings and toppings. While they dont have a lot of options for those with peanut allergies (they make you either a cinnamon or sugar coated donut in the back) I am happy that they even offer that because my son has a serious allergy. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because for some reason whenever I go, I have to let the employee behind the counter know that they ran out of the self serve coffee! Maybe thats just my "pour" luck...

A lot of people throw out the phrase "It was the best Ive ever had" so often and with such disregard for what theyre actually saying that the phrase loses its impact. That being said, this place makes the best donuts Ive ever had. Theres something special about them, because this place is a franchise, but you dont get that regular franchise, chain store quality. I had their Irish Creme donut for St. Patricks Day, and the icing they used tasted like I had just poured a shot of Baileys onto my donut. Truly a unique little shop in a sea of Dunkin Donuts and 7 Eleven grab and go pastries.

I visited the store at 2:30 Thursday (9/3) and bought 8 donuts. I was surprised and somewhat dis appointed as my order and others were being filled from 4 racks of already cooked donuts. The donuts I received were good as usual, but not warm. I thought the premise of Duck Donuts was to have your order cooked for you, not filled from a rack of previously cooked donuts. I would rather wait a few minutes and get them freshly cooked rather than cooled and off a rack. Come on guys, lets do it right!

I really dont like donuts, but these are the best donuts i ever had. Made fresh to order and delicious. Nice people, friendly employees. My son has a peanut allergy and really wanted sprinkles on his donut but the, who i think is, the manager said he cant guarantee non contamination so he made my sons donut seperatley in the back and opened a new box of sprinkles just for my son.

Great tasting light cake like donuts, the combinations they do offer are excellent. They offer about 8 different variations of a vanilla cake doughnut. If youre looking for ourside the box varieties though, this isnt the place. BUT they do the regular flavors EXTREMELY well.

The dounuts are so light even for being a cake dounut! Definitely worth waking up early for! I think people are getting confused by "made to order" they dont cook the dounuts they make your dounut with the icing and toppings.

Excellent donuts, tons of flavors, great tasting and always served warm! The place is quaint however it always seems crowded and the lines long. But all and all, we love Duck Donuts! Its well worth the wait!!

First visit! I had no idea that they would cook the donut on the spot. It was delicious. I had the smore and my wife did lemon icing with blackberry syrup - great combo. Go try them for yourself!

Great donuts- but the worst efficiency I have ever seen for production line/fast food. 30 min wait at non prime time for 1 donut. They really need to figure out how to run a production line.
