I have to say, I never experienced this before... My father was visiting from Pennsylvania and we dont have an IHop around us so I took him to the Ihop in Ashburn. The server, a women in her sixties, asked what I would like to drink. I said a water with some lemons, could you bring a couple in a little bowl. She looked surprised. She asked, Do you know how expensive lemons are?! I said No but, I get lemons like this every time I go to IHop or any other restaurant... She said, Well they shouldnt, she said they shouldnt be so careless. My dad and I let her a dollar tip and promised never to return to such a nutcase sever again. I didnt know that she bought all the lemons for IHop...

I placed an order over the phone, was told it would be ready in fifteen minutes. Took me about 15 to get here, now Ive been here 20 minutes. 3 tables have been seated in the time it took for them to put the order back in and I only have half of what I put in the order over the phone. Half my order is getting cold while I continue to wait for assistance on getting the rest. In the end my whole order was already done and getting cold through this because they mixed the two up and no one could seem to figure out how.

IHOP Store #3129 is the worst! Ive been suffering insomnia so I decided to go to the nearest IHOP around 2:00 am. The food was cold, and a group of teenagers made so much noise-kept --jumping up from the table and running back-and-forth to the restrooms. I was so frustrated that I couldnt even finish my meal. Horrible place! And though the waitress was kind, the atmosphere was terrible. And watch your wallet and credit cards! They have a tendency to pay themselves a gratuity that you didnt approve.

This place is terrible. I ordered steak and eggs and all they gave me was 2 opened up sausages and little eggs. It looked nothing like it was on the menu. Also the salad had pink tips which means that the salad have been out for a long time. The manager came and took our plates and gave us a new batch and said nothing like "sorry or like that". Also the teenagers who work here didnt really do their jobs they kept talking to another teen who came by the whole time and they were playing around.

I ordered the stuffed french toast. It was cold so I sent it back. The next one I got was warmer but had no cream cheese filling....it was just a piece of warm bread. You could tell it was microwaved because it quickly got hard and difficult to cut. The food experience was awful, I havent been to an Ihop for a decade and wont be returning. The waitress, however, was most polite. She probably see this all the time.

Been here twice and the first time I can say the food was amazing. The second time, I have no idea how the food was. Walked in on a slow Wednesday ordered our food right away and waited over 30 minutes with no one checking on us or updating us. As we are leaving, the front staff, which had three people just standing around, tried to make us pay for the cup of coffee we had. Very disappointing.

We had to wait for our server, this was upsetting because 2 people who came after us were taken care of and were eating at least 20 minutes before we were. Food was not as good as it usually was. Omelet was runny and the Swedish crepes had a weird after taste. This is disappointing because we come here often. Not sure we will be back for a while

Got a take out order of one of the griddle melts, but substituted a waffle as a side. The waffle was cold. And I am a truck driver so Ive ordered the same or similar order in different states. It is strange how the order adds up to be about $10 in Georgia, $12 in Tennessee and $15 here in Virginia.

I eat here all the time. My friends and I spend hours just sitting and talking. The service is great. Never had problems or mix up. This restaurant is in Asburn Va. They are professional and a manager is visible when busy over seeing things. I love that I get my own pot of coffee, unlimited.

I tried their new cupcake pancakes, and theyre to die for. I usually get the red velvet pancakes or something with Nutella. Our server, Tori, has been there for years, and I love going there for her. She is sassy, fun, and a boxer!

Bugs, gnats, dirty tables. There was a used tissue on the chair with bloody boogers in it that no one bothered to clean, it wasnt hidden. Eggs had an aftertaste. Waiter was good, place was terrible.

Service is always friendly and the food is consistently good. Food is always ridiculously slow even if the restaurant is empty. Watch out for long wait lines on weekend mornings, as with all ihops.

Its a clean restaurant with a typical IHOP feel. The service can be spotty. Oddly they are slow when there are few people around and fast when its crowded. The food is exactly as expected.

The food is the same as other IHOPs but it is a hit or miss when it comes to service. At times we get the best service, and at other times, I feel as if the server forgot we existed.

This is actually one of the cleanest Ihops I have ever been to... maybe because I am too used to the southern California chains. The service was good and I would recommend overall.

Who doesnt love pancakes! Ive only been here once, to meet up with a friend that I hadnt seen in five years! We chatted well past our meal ending, the waiters were very nice.
